The host family is really friendly and helpful.
The rooms have a nice view of the bridge, everything you need from cooking (electric stove, ...) to washing clothes ( a modern washing machine, detergent ect...)...
You can lock the door to the hallway to keep your privacy.
The room is quiet at night, and clean.
The place is near Dragon bridge so you just walk there.
Actually nicer than i expected from a homestay with such a low price.
Although it is not like a hotel, there is nothing that bothers me, pretty much the same as staying at my house.

I loved everything about this place. The owners are a fantastic couple and they have created a lovely place in a perfect location in Danang.
The room had everything you need and very clean and comfortable.
The view from the balcony is spectacular in the day and night. Dragon Bridge in all of its glory, span your eyes left to the ferris wheel and suspension bridge all lit up and the night market to your right you can see also, and is a 3 minute walk and was excellent too.
I would have stayed longer if it was possible.

The bed was too firm for my normal liking, but don't want to complain as the rest was great, great value. Hope to return next year.
You just can't get bored looking at the dragon bridge...

Very nice hosts, clean and large room. But the best part is definitely the views! I also liked that they had lots of drinking water available for us so we didn't need to waste lots of plastic.
There's no elevator, so if you have lots of luggage, it can be a pain.
