Booking for 6 adults +4 kids:
The kids enjoyed the play room and have their own place to hang out.
The kitchen facilites are complete with cooking utensils and kitchenware upstairs.
Downstairs there is also a BBQ , we use it for lobsters.
Beds are comfortable.
Clean toilets.
Washing machine with drier is very handy.
Good location 2mins from the beach.
Good beach views while cooking.
Improvement :
Need to use the shower one at a time because of slow water.
Suggestion -brighter lights on the dining table area .

We had a blast in the games room, loved the sea view from the kitchen and there was ample space for the 6 of us. The garden was nice too, we even got a visit from a kangaroo! Communication with Mandy was great, there were a few issues but they mostly got sorted over the phone. Would definitely stay here again when in Kalbarri!
It could have been a bit cleaner over all but it was clean in the places that matter, like bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen.

It was very well equipped and clean. The layout and set up works well for families and provides different areas to socialise. The kitchen is a great size and generously equipped, which is much appreciated.
The plastic kettle needs replacing as it is badly deteriorated and rusting. The water pressure wasn’t great, particularly upstairs, but not sure if that can improved.

loved the location. was very clean. we had a cockroach in the main bedroom and a cockroach in the downstairs bedroom though. loved the family room.
felt a bit tired. blinds were stained and marked in the kitchen. big dents and scrapes on the wall. in the living area and no wardrobes in any of the bedrooms.
