Nice and comfortable space. Could use some minor repairs and a good cleaning.
Loved the keyless check-in, easy street parking, walkable neighborhood, comfy beds, open and spacious layout(great for hanging out), well-equipped kitchen—we cooked meals daily and had everything we needed for our group of 5 adults
Difficult to find, not as clean as expected for such a high cleaning fee(stains on upholstery and carpet, mold in showers, missing shower curtain in shared bathroom+mold on walls), HVAC system seems to be connected to unit downstairs (there was a very strong cannabis smell coming through vents).

very warm and cozy nice home just wish the back door locked and the windows had screens
the code for the door was on the gmail it was very easy getting into the house
i didn’t like the the windows didn’t have any screens, also didn’t like that the back patio door didn’t lock .

This is a nice roomy 3 bedroom rental in a beautiful historic area of Berkeley.
Situated in a historic area of Berkeley, beautiful vagitation and architectual ly unique. Rooms were larger than others I have stayed in.
Throw away the old, stained, dirty 6 x 9 cheap throw rug in the living space. Replace with a $300 rug every year. Get rid of the disgusting torn throw pillows in the living area. Take 5 minutes and knock down the outside corner cob webs with a simple hand broom, sweep the back balcony weekly to remove the dirty soot that gets dragged into the home, causing all floors to be unecesarily dirty.. Remove scuff marks from the living and dining area walls. Provide top sheets on the beds. These suggestions will cost you 30 minutes and, and for this low price you might just gain 5 star reviews on an otherwise great home!

The collection of photos gives the impression that there is more than 1 lounge/den/living area, when in fact the photos show the same one living room with different furniture. This seems disingenuous. The bbq that I specifically asked about is tiny, dirty and barely useable which was a problem as we were having family over for dinner. We couldnt use it and had to change plans. The kitchen is very basic. The furniture (2 chairs) on the patio off the living room was dirty and I had to clean it before we could even sit on it without getting our clothes dirty. This is clearly a house that needs some refurbishing and a whole lot more upkeep. There is a large bricked outdoor patio with absolutely no furniture or place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. So its essentially unusable which is a shame if one wants to enjoy the Cali sunshine. This feels like a revenue property where the owners are doing the minimum to keep it up. With a little more effort on their part it could be fantastic and worth the large amount of money they are charging.

It is definitely not luxurious as is said on the website!
The place was very basic and not cosy at all. There were for example no curtains. In the living room there was only a small couch: we couldn't sit there with 5 people. The seats of the chairs and all the rugs were dirty with stains. There were tears in the sheets on our bed. There were no chairs or table to sit or eat outside. On the other hand: in the kitchen was new and well equipped.
