too many steps outdoor space not accessible parking was a joke

The cottage was very clean tidy and comfortable. You couldn't ask for anything more in respect to facilities. The decoration was to a very good standard.

Unfortunately it has to be said there are a lot of steep steps to be climbed up to the cottage. It was almost impossible to access by car to drop off cases.

Fantastic location with harbour views, property was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. Additional touches like the complimentary cava were much appreciated. Each room was spacious, thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Excellent value for money. The property is only accessible via a very narrow road with no designated parking (on-street parking was usually available nearby) and very steep steps, however this is advertised by the agents and characteristic of Brixham as a whole so cannot fault the host for that, just something to bear in mind for anyone with accessibility needs.

Lovely views, comfortable beds,great lounge a good place to relax in. Nice bit of out door space gets the evening sun.

The bathroom smells damp, the towel rail never got hot so no heat in there. The tv looses it's channels
