Dieses Haus befindet sich in Miramar Beach / Destin sind ein paar Blocks vom Strand entfernt, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand, lokalen Geschäften, Restaurants usw.
Private Wohnanlage in Frangista Beach mit Pool. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 4. 5 Bäder mit ca. 2700sq ft Wohnfläche. Zwei Master mit Kingsize-Betten (eines im ersten Stock und eines im zweiten Stock), ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten und ein Schlafraum mit zwei Twin-Betten über Vollstockbetten und einem Rollbett für insgesamt 15 Personen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad Bad mit zusätzlicher WC im Erdgeschoss.
Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen großen, offenen Grundriss mit Familienzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche, in dem sich viel Platz für die Gäste bietet, die aber trotzdem in der Nähe sind und interagieren. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Küchengeräten. Schöne Außenterrasse, um morgens Kaffee zu trinken oder abends zu kochen (Grill verfügbar), Feuerstelle, um die schönen Nächte zu genießen!

We enjoyed this property with three moms and six kids for spring break. There was plenty of space and the driveway easily parks three cars. It's kind of a haul to the beach but we knew that prior to booking. We didn't use the pool and we rented bikes which made it easier to get back-and-forth to the beach. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch and used the fire pit one night. This is a great property for multifamily or groups with kids.The property is much nicer than the pictures on the listing.

Great place to stay near the beach, gas station is a plus. House is spacious and beautiful with all the amenities needed for a great summer vacation start.

The manager and owner were so accommodating the day we arrived. There was a family crisis, and I needed to enter the property early in the morning on the day of arrival to store our belongings in the garage. They granted me permission to store our belongings and offered to help in any way. Our family truly appreciated their kindness.
There were a few minor house issues that I addressed with Sandra upon our departure so that they could be taken care of before the next guests arrived.
This is the 2nd year in this house. It met all of our needs as a family.

The only reason I gave a lower score on the overall rating is due to the lack of a few essential items. We missed having a few things in the kitchen to cook with like a baking sheet. Towels were missing in several bathrooms and no dish towels or hand soap in any bathrooms or kitchen. The bunk room bathroom did not have hot water but our boys didn't care. WIFI barely worked and watching TV was difficult since it ran on internet. It would also be nice to have bikes for the guest or a golf cart. Even though the beach is close we needed to rent a golf cart for the week to carry all of our stuff back and forth. The house was clean and conveniently located close to restaurants and the Destin Harbor. The owner was very nice to help when we needed anything.
