An awesome studio on the 4th floor with views of the blue green Atlantic…Quiet small condo community and very clean golden sand beach. We got our AM walk daily energizing us for the day. Handy elevator to get to 4th floor and the beach chairs plus umbrellas so convenient. We had a rent car to explore, grocers down the road and plenty of good restaurants. Great 5day getaway. Thx to the hostess Aleyda!!!

This is a great place on the beach! Host were very accommodating and great to work with! Place was clean and had everything we needed plus we love Pompano Pier and that’s a few min drive down the road!

We had a great stay here! The unit is very updated and beautiful. The actual building does show some age though. The pool was nice and kept up during our stay. We loved that we had an ocean view! Owners were very helpful and responsive. The only surprise or negative was that there isn’t a washer/dryer in the unit. We didn’t pack enough clothes so we used the ones on floor 1 and 3…not a huge deal though! We will definitely be back!

We loved being right on the ocean. We felt like we had the beach and pool to ourselves, which was so nice. The condo is just as pictured and had everything we needed. I would stay again.

Great property right on the beach. If you are looking for a very quiet and almost private beach expereince then this is the place for you. Room was great with a direct ocean view right on the beach. Host was very quick with communication. Would definitely stay again. Great place.

Aleyda and Alex have a great property. Everything was as represented in the Vrbo descriptions and pictures. Beautiful, nearly private beach, great view, parking spot, and kitchen with everything you need to cook. Aleyda and Alex are excellent hosts. They responded quickly whether it was an inquiry via text or phone and answered all my questions. Aleyda and Alex took great care of my housing needs and it's sure they'll do the same for you. Highly recommended.

This unit was perfect for a 4 night 50th birthday girls trip to the beach! Very clean & the 4th floor view was amazing! It was great to have beach chairs, towels, umbrella & cooler available. Hosts were very quick to respond. The beach was very quiet which we loved. Location was great, pretty much in the middle of Pompano Pier & Lauderdale By The Sea Pier. We did not rent a car so it was wonderful when we discovered the Why Walk Shuttle It’s a free shuttle (tips appreciated) that runs the Lauderdale By The Sea area. It was nice to hitch a ride when we were tired of walking. We will definitely stay here again

We are most appreciative of Aleyda and Alex who were very accommodating with a reservation change request due the hurricane in the fall. They made things easy, especially the check-in process which was a bit hectic due to our travel schedule. We never waited for a response to a text. The view from the unit was amazing and it was a great place with everything anyone could need for a short getaway - comfortable bed, full appliances (dishes and cookware) if you want to cook, and ample closet space if you are an over packer like me! Thanks again A&A!

Quiet and relaxing location with quick and easy access to the beach (where we spent most of our time during our stay). The apartment was very comfortable with awesome views. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second year staying at this particular property. We love it. Great location, lovely people, great views ! Property owners are friendly and helpful.

Great updated 4th floor studio. Enjoyed access to bikes. Great communication with owners. Kitchen could use more plates/silverware, and definitely wish mattress was firmer, but such a great spot for the price. We’ll be back!

We rented this property over Thanksgiving and it was a perfect holiday getaway. Alex and Aleyda made check in and check out very easy and they were very responsive. The unit was clean and well maintained and accurately displayed in pictures. It's a studio apartment with a murphy bed and futon, perfect for a couple who value quiet beach time over commercial hotels. The condo comes with a locker equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and other beach toys. It's located close to grocery which made it easy to stock our cooler with drinks and snacks and have as much time on the beach as possible. The unit is on the top floor with a spectacular view of the ocean and property has private beach access to a quiet spot, away from any large hotels.

We absolutely loved our stay and the location of this place. The beach was extremely well kept and semi private. The rental was very clean, very nice and the owners were super responsive! Almost an immediate response every time. We will be back very soon!

Was in town for a long weekend for a friends wedding. They went out of the way to make sure that we were happy with our experience. Parking was a little tight - but you have your assigned parking space. The beach was lovely - finally got to use the pool on the last day (we normally do not get to use the pool). Wife wanted to stay the week but we had work which required us to be in the office. The sunrise is beautiful- and even the nights sky was clear enough to see Orions Belt.

We enjoyed this clean and cozy condo with it’s beautiful view facing the ocean, right on the beach. Area is more residential and short bike or walk to stores and restaurants. Beach is nearly private:).

3 girls trip. Area is perfect! We bicycled to the Pier - host made cycles available. Condo is lovely with nice updates and we were all comfortable in sleeping arrangements. The view is spectacular. I would return. Great host … very prompt in responses. Our stay couldn’t have been better.

I have stayed in many places in the area, this one is my favorite! Clean, well stocked apartment with amazing beachfront views. The apartment complex is modest, clean, quiet, and has a nice pool. The apartment itself feels very private. Great for a couple and could work for a small family. Great communication with the host. I look forward to staying there again. A+ all around!

Studio was spacious, clean with plenty of amenities. Beach was amazing, perfect sunrise view, very quiet location with few others on the beach. Bikes provided were perfect to bike to local shops & restaurants. Will definitely be back. Hosts were very responsive.

We experienced a wonderful week at this property. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The property is clean and updated. During our stay in late June, the beach was virtually deserted.
