Service and quality of resort was amazing

Not much! They had a breakfast omelette station and then stopped but that’s not much to complain about

This place is Amazing. Like a hidden gem in the Grand Bahamas. All the staff treated us really nice, super friendly, very respectful. Place is clean. Their food was very delicious along with the drinks. You ll love the view to the ocean from the pool !!

No ice vending machine, only one in the first floor, and no microwave in the room, but no big deal.

Food at Portabelos (one of only 3 restaurants on property) and food was bland and at times over cooked. Waves had good drinks and burgers and hot dogs. Capri had good pizza. Other than that you have to go outside of resort. If you paid for all-inclusive it is a gut punch. Sometime very expensive but very good food.

Staff was friendly and definitely took time to take care of you. It was clean.

Breakfast and dinner were buffet and we were a little disappointed in that. It was good food, there just was no option to get a menu item for dinner.

This hotel is amazing considering the affects of storm Dorian and the impact it has had on the island. The location is exceptional the pool the sea are just amazing. Staff were welcoming and friendly. It was very quiet with day passengers from cruise ships and it was out of season. food choices for me personally were a bit limited but as the number of people arriving increased them by offering buffet options which provided more choice. However the table service meal quality in terms of presentation and heat of food were much better.

We understand that the hotel is about to have some investment and this is great news. The room needs upgrading in particular the showers and baths and also the air in which is hard to regulate and noisy. Carpets need replacement.

No air-condition for half of our stay. Management did nothing to help solve the situation.
