Very spacious house in a nice residential area, best to have a car. Good location for trips to poole bournemouth, swanage, wareham, etc. Well equipped kitchen and appliances, good wifi, good tv, good beds, good bathrooms. Easy self check in
Luck of mirrors and no toiletries. Be aware you have to make a security deposit outwith the Booking.com system as well as sign a rental agreement also outwith Booking.com which wasn't clear to me until after I had paid the booking on Boooking.Com.

It was very spacious for just 2 of us and well equipped with attractive decor and furniture. It was generally clean with well laundered linen and towels. Tea and coffee were supplied as well as handwash. The back garden area was immaculate.
The downstairs double room is a little small and lends itself more to a single. I would have given 10 but the fridge, a kitchen cupboard and the front of the property would benefit from a deeper clean. It was quite a distance from the harbour area but my fault for not doing thorough homework of the area. These are minor points and would not prevent me from staying again.

Great location, just a few minutes to Poole Quay, Poole Harbour and Sandbanks. Was a superb for exploring the local area. The layout of the property worked really well for us with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with bathroom facilities nearby as we had a disabled family member. Our 3 teenage children could share the triple room too. The spa bath and ceiling fan upstairs were great.
Can’t really complain about anything much. Was all very clean and spacious. A mirror in the main upstairs bedroom would have been helpful. Some of the lamps were without bulbs. Teabags and coffee were thoughtfully left for us. A pint of milk in fridge upon our arrival would have been great so we could make an arrival cuppa.
