The moment we opened the front door. It felt like home. This lovley and peaceful location was everything we needed for our little family of three. From the spacious background to the roomy bedroom and full kitchen. Great location from literally everything. Thank you again for having us. This is going to be our new place for vacations and little get aways.

Perfect place for me to stay while visiting family in SFV. Loved the size, location and amenities. Very nice neighborhood. Host very responsive to any questions I had.

It was a perfect place to crash at night after a long day at Six Flags! Small place, but fit all our needs.

We stayed here for four nights. The casita was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Would certainly recommend!

My husband, daughter and I were visiting friends in Sylmar. This home was a great option for us. The kitchen provided us with everything we needed to have meals at home. Much more comfortable than a hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

we needed a place to stay that was close to wedding festivities... we rented the main house and the back casita... would have been nice to have a discount when renting out the whole property at the same time. but that request was denied. it was easy to get in/out of the property, well kept, and we loved the kitchen... there were funny little signs written on paper towels all around the house, but we're not picky... it was just what we needed for the price.

Great property, needed a toaster if possible. Cleanliness and deco were fantastic. A tiwel bar a bit loose, but otherwise a great place to stay!!!

Easy check in and out. Comfortable settings. I only recommend to update the WIFI strength in the bedroom-Roku and other apps kept freezing. Also, a USB wall plug-in would be helpful. I was lucky to have a apple charge box in my luggage but I rarely carry one.

Place was cute and great size for 3 adults. The only issues I had was getting in through the gate. I was struggling with key to turn. WiFi is not the greatest and had to use my hotspot. Other then that great location and I would definitely stay again! Thank you

2nd stay & like before it was perfect! There have been improvements since we last stayed such as window coverings on front windows. A new dryer was being delivered as we were leaving. The property is super clean & private.

I had to recover from a surgery for the weekend it was very peaceful there.

We flew in for a birthday party and stayed for 6 days. Most everything was in perfect working order. Couch could be a little more comfortable but for a sleeper it was ok. Had issues with the clothes dryer in the unit but there was a backup we used attached to the main house, so no real issue. We will be booking here for any future trips to visit family.

It was a lovely stay. Quiet and cozy. If you get a chance I recommend Lola’s as that was easily one of our favorite restaurants to eat at.

Enjoyed staying with my wife and 2 Kids of age 3 & 9. Kids Enjoyed the place a lot. Great Garden and Play area. House is Clean as shown in Pictures and got extra Matress which helped us. Enough kitchen ware,utilities and Board Games for Kids. Neighbourhood is great and accessible to groceries and restaurants. Initially had one problem when Checked in, as we saw the attached restroom didn't had a door. We requested host about the same as that is not mentioned explicitly. Host understood our concern and immediately arranged a Seperator. Appreciate quick turnaround. Then our Vacation went well with kids. Thanks for arranging nice place to stay, we enjoyed explore Universal Studios and Sandiago while staying here.

This was my second stay at this cute little Casita. The owner, Daisy, communicates well. Clean, safe and comfortable!

Beautiful area and very welcoming area in front of the guest house we stayed in. Wasn’t completely sure if it was okay, but there was a trampoline in the yard that my kids played in and it was a really nice change of pace for us to be able to play in a yard.

Made a run up from SD to six flags for the day and stayed here for the evening before driving home. Property was great, spacious, comfortable and had everything you’d need.

We enjoyed our stay in San Fernando. The house was clean and had all the listed amenities. We were able to find parking on the street so that was not an issue. We would stay here again and recommend it.

We enjoyed staying at this vrbo. It is a great place to stay! The place was just what we needed - plenty of room for us - very clean- and a nice area. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will stay here again if we come back to this area.

This was a wonderfully updated house with everything you could ask for. The space is so well designed that my hubby could work from here for a week and we enjoyed the evenings out. We will come back and stay for sure, thanks for the great place!

My family and I had a great experience and stay. The host was communicative through the entire process from the time of booking until check out. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again.

Place was comfortable and private. It had everything needed but it was quite dirty with hairballs all over, even in closet and cabinets. The faucet handles were grimy. Daisy, the owner was excellent to help us with anything, like working the locks and she was very accommodating to our schedule when checking in.

It looked like the cleaning people forgot to clean the toilet and I’m pretty sure by the 1/4” of dust on the ceiling fans that they have never been cleaned. The faucet in the bathroom sink looked like it hadn’t been touched. I took pictures but there doesn’t seem to be a way to download them onto this review. I also agree with the multiple people who said there should be some type of privacy curtain on the front window. If u don’t close the bedroom door u can also be seen sleeping from the front windows. The smoke detector in the front room/kitchen is non existent. Just a hole in the ceiling with wires hanging down. I contacted the property mgr a couple of times before my stay with questions pertinent to the location and all I got each time were one word responses of yes or no. Certainly the least personable property mgr I’ve ever dealt with using VRBO. Guess I got what I paid for but will not be staying there again. We stayed with 4 people: me, my bf, and 2 friends. The host was responded pretty quickly which was nice. It was a little small for 4 ppl and I wish the bathroom wasn’t connected to the main room, so wouldn’t recommend for more then 2 ppl to stay. Neighborhood was very nice and safe. Unfortunately there was a few problems with the cleanliness of this place. It was dusty, the pull out mattress was disgusting, so I had to buy an air mattress since it was 4 of us. The dishes we wanted to use to cook had old food where someone did not wash it well enough. Some stains on pillows and couch, and it honestly just seemed like all she did was wash the linens. Everything else was clearly not wiped down very well, if at all. I had to go buy my own stuff to disinfect because I was grossed out. Ran out of of hand soap in bathroom and almost toilet paper, so not very well stocked. I would say that if you just need a place to sleep this is good, but if your looking for something nice to relax, keep looking. Overall we were out all day most of the days so it wasn’t all that bad, but definitely don’t think the cleaning fee should be charged considering it was very noticeable she didn’t clean much at all. On top of that there was a few other small issues that would have been nice to know about the stay. Overall rate 3 out of 5 stars.
