Property is stunning and rooms are so comfortable that it make you feel like home. The desk staff and concierge’s are extremely courteous and accommodating- and make us feel so welcome.

The Berkman is a best-kept secret. It's like staying at a 5-star hotel for an incredibly reasonable price. The 4th floor game room and lounge is awesome and the pool is a welcome bonus. We loved our stay!

It was so quiet! You could walk around the 4th floor pool area and look at the city below. The hospital is right across the street and easy to get to even with the construction.
The door that led to the pool wouldn't lock... it made me a little nervous. The king bed in the master room was not as nice as the guest bed. I didn't have any issues with the bed but my husband said he couldnt sleep well in it.

Very close to St Mary’s, where I had to be up early to get myself to a surgery
The woman at the concierge desk where I checked in was extremely rude and treated me like an inconvenience, and like every question I asked, I should have known the answer. It was a terrible way to be treated the day before a major surgery.
