I recently stayed at the Santa Ana Costa Rica Hotel and while I was impressed with some aspects of my stay, I was disappointed with the level of noise in my room. Despite being located in a peaceful area of Santa Ana, I found that outside noise disrupted my sleep each night. This was a significant drawback, as I had been looking forward to a good night's rest during my stay. The room itself was cl ean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. However, the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to enjoy my stay to the fullest.

There’s a trick to getting the shower water hot. I could only get it luke warm. They don’t accept credit cards.

beautiful place with lots of details and good taste. very comfy beds and pillows. the detail of the tree inside the loft was magical.

the pool was extremely cold The loft is exceptionally nice. Only a few little details would make it better: paper towels in the kitchen, a cleaning sponge for the dishes and more hot water in the shower.

Loved the personal attention and small space and sustainable touches.

The house is gorgeous and the hosts were such caring, lovely, and wonderful people! I truly appreciate the hospitality. I was traveling alone and was nervous but felt so safe here. Even though it took a lot of patience addressing my concerns this family went above and beyond to host with care and accommodate last minister changes which I know were frustrating. For this I am truly grateful! Plus the mangos from the mango tree were delicious. Rooms 8 and 9 are both gorgeous. Even though I had to leave early due to my own personal concerns. I can assure that this was one of my most Georgia’s architectures I had seen in a home and I truly appreciated it. A big Gracias to the hosts.

This family offered me their absolutely best. A room in their family house. I am truly grateful beyond words. And I apologize truly for any offense I caused by being possibly overly precautious and causing offense. I will be recommending this place to people who come! Truly enjoyed it 👏🏾

I liked the design and functionality of the unit. The feeling of security in an enclosed compound with hat felt like a mini oasis. Owners were very nice and accommodating.

Had a small water leak in the kitchen area, but was attended to immediately upon discovery of the source.

It's a beautiful and quiet place and furnished with great taste! Safe, clean and the owners were very kind!! We stayed only for one night, because we had planned ahead, otherwise I definitely would have liked to stay longer!
