Very nice apartment for a family 2+2 in a great location! It's a short walk from Archway station, with several buses even closer. It takes 20-30 minutes to reach central London. There are multiple supermarkets, cafes and take aways nearby. We especially recommend Holy Cow and Workman's Cafe. The flat itself was clean and well equipped, with fresh nicely smelling bedding and towels. The kitchen is well stocked, we cooked several meals during our stay. The main bedroom is very nice, the second bedroom very small but with comfy beds. The owner responded to several questions we had very quickly and in a friendly manner. We could hear every tube train passing under the house but we didn't mind. This is obviously subjective but since we live in a city centre, the noise wasn't unusual for us and we slept very well. Possibly it may disturb someone used to quiet nights. For us it was a funny quirk.

The shower is an experience. We managed to take one every day but every day we were adjusting it between hot and cold. It is possible to achieve a happy medium but it is a very delicate balance. No such issues with the kitchen or bathroom taps. The toilet is very small which might be inconvenient for tall people. My husband definitely complained more than me.

Great position, had everything that we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, the apartment was close to two metro stations, bus stop, shops and restaurants. We had great time!

The layout of the bathroom is a bit weird - the shower is in one place, toilet in another and the sink in another, but we got used to it. The toilet was very small, we were all around 170 - 180 cm tall and we all had problems in fitting in. But apart from it, all good, I’m aware that it’s a peculiar layout of British houses :)

Gut angebunden an die U-Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir durften unser Gepäck schon früh in die Wohnung bringen.

Es war umständlich, warmes Wasser in der Dusche zu haben, da die Bedienung des Boilers nicht gut funktioniert hat. Die Eingangstür hat etwas geklemmt und das zweite Schloss war so verdreht, das man den Schlüssel nicht hineinbekommen hat. Im Schlafzimmer war die U-Bahn zu hören.

Clean towels, bedding etc, the apartment was clean when arriving. Property owner very sweet and communication was very easy. Owner extended our check out time by 2 hrs. TV in the kitchen has Netflix and YouTube etc on it and also there's working WiFi. There is an Aldi and Sainsbury very close and also bus stops and underground stations close. Cabinets had lots of cleaning supplies and shower also had lots of shampoos etc to choose from if you didn't bring any.

There is an underground going underneath the apartment and you can hear and feel the whole place tremble a little bit even at night. Sleeping with earplugs helped and it didn't bother me too much. The listing didn't show pictures of the toilet. I'm 171cm tall and I barely could fit into the toilet. My knees were touching the wall and also there is no lock on the door. The apartment clearly has mould issues or some kind of moisture problem because the ceiling and wallpaper were slightly peeling off.. Sofa bed will tip over if you have it pulled out so be careful when getting on it. Be careful of the outside railing, its very wobbly and stairs are steep.
