We recently enjoyed staying at a property booked by Stay Awhile, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, the service we received was exceptional.
First and foremost, the property itself exceeded our expectations. The listing accurately portrayed the space, but being there in person was truly breathtaking. Clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, it provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our stay. The amenities were plentiful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable vacation.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding service we received from the property management company. Communication was prompt and clear, making the booking process seamless. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, and the level of professionalism demonstrated by the Stay Awhile staff was noteworthy.
In conclusion, our experience was exceptional. From the stunning property to the outstanding service, we cannot recommend this rental enough. Thank you Stay Awhile for such a great home for our girls trip! The property is amazing and there is something for everyone. The pickleball court was used every day and it was so nice to have a stocked equipment/game closet. The outdoor space is beautiful and very private. The MOKE was great to have for quick trips to the Mart. There were a few minor glitches, but the response time from e everyone at Stay Awhile was SO fast (thank you Jackie!)!

Great for a get together with friends or couples seeking a chill retreat by the ocean in Malibu. Plenty of space with the open layout of the house and the numerous sitting areas in the backyard.

Amazing stay! Beautiful house, clean and well stocked. Great location. The young adults in our group loved the pool and pickleball court and loved how easy it was to get to the Malibu Country Mart for their morning coffees. :) Stay Awhile we’re really responsive to any questions we had while there. Hope to revisit soon!

We stayed at Malibu Reserve for an annual book club retreat with 10 women. It was a perfect place to cook, relax, swim, and explore. Highlights were the backyard pickleball court, pool, sauna and fire pits. Indoors we found everything to be clean, well-stocked, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We cooked most meals in the house and the kitchen had everything we needed though you'll need to bring your own spices and cooking oils. Having Whole Foods and Country Mart in walking or Moke distance was extremely convenient. We can't wait to book this place again.

This house is very well located and extremely well appointed. Fantastic yard with beautiful pool and all kinds of fun accoutrements. We didn’t have children with us but it would be ideal for families with young children as well as young adults. Highly recommend for a fun beach vacation

We came here for a family vacation with 4 adult children and 3 grand children. The backyard is the real showstopper of this rental and the location is less than 5 min from the Malibu Country Mart. The first floor was great, comfortable couch, nice oven and fridge and dining areas. However, upstairs the walls are so thin you can hear everything happening downstairs and in the nearby rooms. What’s hard to see in the pictures is the fourth room and bathroom are only accessible through the media/bunk room. Make no mistake, this is an old house that has been painted—not renovated. The bathrooms are old and tile is painted black or white to make it feel more modern. The backyard has been renovated and is GORGEOUS! Will come back when the bathrooms get an upgrade.

The perfect stay
We loved it all - the house, the heated pool and spa, the basketball court, the ping pong table and the playground structure. The community is beautiful and on our walks, we saw a wild rabbit, ducks and frogs. It was a short drive to Paradise Cove for calamari and beach time and a nice walk to tasty Greek food and some jewelry shopping for the kids :) We hope to return!

This was a great house for 2 families with older teens—a lot to do (games, basketball court, pool, bikes) and a lot of nearby shopping/food/beaches that people could get to on their own. We had a really fun week!!

Amazing Time At Malibu Retreat
Our experience with Stay Awhile and the Malibu Retreat house was first rate. All of our contacts with the Stay Awhile staff were great. They were very quick to respond to our needs and come up with excellent solutions. A special thank you to our concierge Audrey who responded immediately to our requests and arranged for an amazing swim instructor for our grandchildren.
The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and ready for our stay. It is in the beautiful Serra Retreat community and convenient to shopping, the beach, hikes, and restaurants. The bikes that came with house added to our stay.
There was almost no need to leave the property with all of the amenities on site. Beautiful swimming pool and hot tub, a basketball court, ping pong, fire pit and fire place. Plenty of seating inside and out.
We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning sometime in the future.
