Well located - a few steps from the beach Has underground paid parking Spacious French balconies

The location was good, walking distance of everything you want to see and very close to La Caleta beach.

We agreed an arrival time with the agents so we could collect the keys. The agent was 45 minutes late leaving us driving round the block all that time because we couldn't access the garage without her and there is nowhere to park. The parking space is very small and difficult to manouvre in and out of. Only really suitable for a small car. The apartment was not as clean as others we've stayed at. It was noisy, day and night, as every word on the street echoes up to the house. Also, there are a variety of restaurants a few steps away so there is a lot of noise from them until the small hours of the night. Then when you think you can finally sleep the rubbish truck comes round at 3 or 4 am, making a terrible racket. The washing machine leaks, the toaster burns everything regardless of the setting you use. A tea towel in the kitchen wouldn't have gone amiss and likewise a floor mat for the shower. The shower runs hot and cold so by the time you are all soaped up and ready to rinse the water is cold. The apartment was heavily scented with air fresheners which in my opinion are totally unnecessary and can cause wheezing to those who are sensitive to the chemicals used in them. All in all, Cádiz is well worth a visit but don't waste your money staying in this apartment.

Location, location. Just around the corner are nice restaurants. You can visit most places by foot. Als private parking is great, while parking places on the streets are not easy to find.

The location is fantastic, very good for wandering around and visiting some of the most famous attractions. The girl that let us in was very sweet, kept in touch and didn't leave us waiting to let us in. Just a shame about finding the place. Bed was very comfortable.

Although parking is in the name, it wasn't assumed that we would be using it so we were just looking for the building, which you can't really drive to with Google maps. We ended up getting really turned around which was stressful after a long journey. Let them know in advance if you want parking so maps will take you directly there. Parking itself was tight but doable. Apartment was clean but a bit run down in places. Shower head holder has a piece broken off but you can get it to stay in place eventually, bedside table knocked off the wall at some point and wall never repaired, cupboard above TV hanging by one hinge. For the price I think they were a bit tight with the coffee and also there wasn't much toilet paper.
