This house is adorable and extremely well equipped! The host provides anything you may need from snacks to Keurig coffee pods. The beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. Showers are equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The house is located a 5 minute drive from DU, which is exactly what we we were looking for as we (my parents and I) were visiting my daughter.
April communicated with us throughout our stay and provides clear, easy instructions for the house.

The property was lovely. It was well furnished and had everything you needed. There were snacks coffee and so much more. It made us feel like we were at home. The location was excellent as we were so close to the hospital. We walked everyday. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lots of nice host touches and the home was well stocked with supplies. Very luxurious and comfortable for the 2 of us, especially the extra living area in the basement. Great location for our planned activities in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants.

We had a great stay at this property. April made us feel welcome in the home, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the snacks, coffee and cold drinks that were available to us. It was also great to have soaps, laundry detergent and other supplies available. The house was clean and well maintained, and tge location was great. We would definitely stay at this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host has thought of everything from the snacks upon arrival to the chargers by the bed. The decor is lovely and the location can’t be beat. We dined at several places on nearby Broadway and enjoyed the proximity to Denver University for graduation. It was the perfect place and way better than any hotel. We highly recommend it!

Adorable, roomy without being vast. Well appointed, thoughtful. April was attentive & kind. Loved sitting on the covered patio with morning coffee & hearing the subtle, rare bawk of the neighbors chicken; quite comforting, we loved it. Our points of interest were in Aurora & Littleton. Gray Pearl was a wonderful location.

Loved this house - it was perfect for us. We stayed at the house while moving my son out of his University of Denver dorm. It was perfectly situated halfway between DU and the storage unit. Easy drive to everything. House itself is charming, comfortable and quiet. Backyard is a little sanctuary. Loved the downstairs entertainment room - my son was able to stay up late watching sports and it didn't bother the sleeping adults. Well stocked kitchen with the most amazing selection of organic teas ever! The host was extremely responsive to questions. I'd highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

The bungalow was a charming place to stay and exactly as described. Our host April was very helpful as our departure plans kept changing due to a winter storm. She made a difficult situation much easier. We would definitely stay here again.

"Perfect" best and accurately describes this property in that there are no aspects of the property that require improvement. The property listing was accurate, all communications with the property manager were without flaw, and the house and associated amenities were the best we've seen in a VRBO rental. Ultra clean and comfortable; in a quiet location. The Property Manager did not overlook a thing. Now that we've found this property, we will definitely travel to Denver more often and rent this property. Outstanding.

the first evening we were coming back from dinner my wife tripped over a slab in the front walk that was raised an inch or so above the one below it She banged up a knee, had cuts in a hand, and came within inches of hitting her head on the upper slab.

Englewood Classic
We found this classic remodeled house exactly as represented in the VRBO listing with all of the necessities and many extras. The host was extremely helpful and informative also. The house is close to restaurants and grocery stores, a short drive to Denver, and great location for our visit with family. We would highly recommend this house.

A great home for our week-long stay. We've stayed in several very nice locations in previous Denver visits. We'll return here on our next one. Each room appointed well. Marvelous, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plush linens. Good outdoor spaces. Lots of space for individual, small group or all family interaction. Enough room for privacy when needed. We didn't feel we had a need that wasn't met. Good, quick communication. Thank you April.

I had been concerned about the outside noise, since the house is close to Craig Hospital, and there IS outside noise!! However, it is quiet in the house. The house is so well insulated that the outside noise does not penetrate!! This was our 5th trip back to Denver since we moved away five years ago. We have stayed in 5 different locations and not one -- except this one -- has met our needs. We will stay there again.

Had a very nice stay in this up to date home. Very clean with large, well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. East facing Covered patio was good for hanging out during our summertime stay. The owner was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful property located in a neighborhood near Swedish Hospital, stores and restaurants. It is also within an hour drive of the slopes. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Having the office and the dining room table was very convenient for both of us working online and taking Zoom meetings.

It was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. April did a wonderful job of communicating with us as to how to access the property and what to do when we left. I would highly recommend this property. It was close by to everything we needed. And only about 5 miles away from our daughters home.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay in this beautifully updated, comfortable home. It had everything we needed, bedding was great, large modern & deluxe attractive kitchen, comfortable and cozy living room with large TV, cute separate office room, and fun basement hang-out area also with a nice TV and surround system. Attractive decor throughout. Great Nest thermostat kept us comfy. Laundry in the basement area. Garage included but we just parked on the street. Cute backyard. Would stay here again!
