Hallo, ich bin der neue Eigentümer dieser Immobilie. Dies ist ein tolles Haus in zentraler Lage! Sie sind eine halbe Meile mit dem Auto von mehreren Stränden und lokalen Lieblingsrestaurants und nur ein paar Meilen von lokalen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Sie haben 2 Decks (Top-Deck ideal für den Blick auf die schönen Sonnenuntergänge), einen großen Garten, ausreichend Parkplätze, Gasgrill, zentrale Luft, Wäscherei im Haus, Außendusche und viel Platz zum Entspannen. Dieses Haus hat eine großartige Einrichtung, wenn Sie mit 2 Familien teilen möchten (3 Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad auf jeder Etage). In diesem Frühjahr wird dieses Haus komplett überarbeitet! BRANDNEUE Betten, Matratzen, Möbel, Geschirr, Waschtische und Granit. Ich habe eine weitere 6-Zimmer-Wohnung (HA 7538960), die so eingerichtet ist, wie dieses Haus eingerichtet sein wird. Sobald das Haus komplett renoviert ist, werden die neuen Bilder veröffentlicht. Wenn Sie irgendwelche Fragen haben, zögern Sie bitte nicht, sich mit mir in Verbindung zu setzen. We really appreciated walking into this super clean, comfortable home! The yard was great for the kids to play in and the beaches are super close. Diane was great! You won't be disappointed if you book this home!

This was one of the cleanest, nicest rentals I’ve stayed at. The house was gorgeous and not to mention the close proximity to the beaches! Dianne was super friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice home and well maintained but was frustrated with some things. It was a rainy weekend and once the sun finally came out we went out to the deck and yard to enjoy the day and the landscapers came and ran us out of the yard. They should be coming when the home is not rented. Charged a high linen AND cleaning fee but you must both make and unmake the bed. Also, expect the same cost of hotel without the basic amenities (I.e. toilet paper, hair dryer, etc.) Overall, we had a nice stay for a weekend but not as smooth as other stays I’ve had elsewhere.

This house was the perfect spot for our extended family. Plenty of space for kids and adults to hang out indoors on a rainy day and a great outdoor space to set up games and play outside. The location was close to beaches, dining and shopping. The house was well stocked with all the amenities needed to cook meals for a large group. We can’t wait to come back!

Me and a group of 8 other women stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. The house was so clean and they shrink wrapped towels for each of us. Dianne was easy to communicate with, she replies very quickly. I will definitely be booking with her again because it was a great weekend and the house was the biggest reason for that. It’s 4 minutes away from the beach and less than 10 minutes away from cool restaurants and cafes. Book this property asap!

I booked this house for my bachelorette with a group of ladies. The house was perfectly spacious to fit all of us & looks exactly like the photos. Short drive to the state beach and close to grocery stores.

We had a lovely stay. Just a bunch of old friends spending a weekend together. The deck is lovely. Everything works as it should. The beach is reasonably close. Diane was accommodating and extremely responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Nice comfortable house for our 3 generation getaway. Easy access to beach, restaurants, grocery store. Beautiful sunsets and 4th of July fireworks seen off back deck. Great owner communication. Would love to return.

Almost Perfect
I was disappointed that we had to make our beds before we could go to sleep the first night, since with 4 children, that invariably means the adults have to do it. For the money I paid, I think the least expectation would be to have freshly made beds.
Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and the house was excellently equipped, was comfortable and we had a great time.

We were very pleased with the house, amenities and the central location of the property. Dianne was a great host and very responsive to all questions and needs. The house was perfect for an adult vacation. The house has 6 bedrooms with 2 living areas which was nice to have with so many people.

Outdoor shower is great for coming back to the beach (which is only 15/20 minutes away on foot)

The listing says queen beds, but they might be closer to full sized. Didn't matter for us, but FYI.
2 bathrooms in the morning can be a bit hectic (however, never ran into hot water issues).

Everything is clearly renovated and brand new, the house was stocked with WAY more things than we anticipated (dishware, bathroom needs, paper good, serving dishes, etc.). We appreciated that all our linens were individually wrapped after being cleaned, to make us feel better given covid. The yard was perfect for lawn games and hanging, and the deck with large enough for all 12 people. Also, we were super close to the beach which was excellent!
The owner was accessible via text/phone and was extremely helpful in providing all needed information up front. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and we plan on coming back here in the future!
