Lovely house with large comfortable rooms, a modern kitchen, amazing hallway. A short walk into town. Loved the highland cow mural out the back.
The bathroom is lovely but was very small relative to the other rooms and is long way from the bedrooms which is not great if you are travelling as a family

Lovely house facing the park with everything you need. As good as it looks in the photos. Kitchen was very well equipped. We were on a three week trip so the washing machine and tumble drier were really useful. The decor of the house was spot on and very clean. Bedrooms were sizeable too. Instructions were thorough and very clear. Off street parking excellent. Host was great with advice when we got stuck due to a road closure.
The bathroom was clean with a good shower but would have been better had it not been downstairs. Not a big issue and wouldn't put us off booking again.

Our host was very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. Facilities were very good, and having a separate washer and tumble dryer was handy for a quick freshen up along our journey. Property has been renovated to a high standard and is beautifully presented. Views over the park were lovely. Plenty of parking.

The property is absolutely fabulous, so clean and really well presented throughout. There is nothing that hasn’t been thought about, one of the best we’ve stayed at over the last many years! We’ll be back 😊
The only downside was we only booked for two nights, we wished we’d stayed longer!

The house and yard are well looked after. Everything is really clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Got an e-mail with good info from the owner before our visit. Recommended!

House so no breakfast. The property was lovely, well fitted out, warm and comfy. Only there for 1 night as no hotel rooms available but would not hesitate to choose again if/when we come up next year. Would also choose as a base if we should ever decide to holiday in the area.

A superb stay. Everything was exceptional. The house was lovely - cosy but very spacious with excellent facilities and lovely walk in shower. Comfortably bed and exceptionally clean throughout the house. A genuine treat and easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in the U.K.

Very clean, very comfortable and loads of space. really well equipped and even had Netflix on the tv!
Not being allowed the details and the code to get in until 24 hours before we arrived. I found this quite stressful as I am a forward planner and everywhere else sent their information 3 weeks earlier.

Had everything we could possibly need. Milk in the fridge on arrival along with tea & coffee & some amazing biscuits. Was exceptionally clean warm and comfy.

Great location walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs. Everything in the house was of high quality. Spotlessly clean. Donald the host very helpful. Would stay again.

Bathroom could not be further away from bedrooms - would have been a problem if we had taken Grannie!
A dishwasher would be a welcome addition to the kitchen - there is plenty of room for one.
