Very minor thing but the bed sheets were not big enough. Shiki Buton (futon mattress) may also be a bit too hard.

Only one hob to cook on but with that and the microwave we managed just fine. The TV would be better if it could swivel rather than being fixed flat to the wall. Japanese-only TV channels. I brought a laptop and HDMI cable so that we could watch YouTube and stream to the TV

good location - only 1 stop from Shibuya station. the apartment was new with modern facilities. many shops and restaurant around.

we did not know that the building was made of wood and that noise can be heard easily to the ground floor. which is a shame since the place was big enough for the family but wood not recommend for younger kids. we spent most of the time reminding and watching our kids not to walk loudly or made a noise.

The only slight issue was that the road in front of the property is too narrow for a large-size van (Uber) to park.
