Amazing location right on the waterfront of Great Oyster Bay in Coles Bay. Concrete driveway leads down to a huge double carport. Split level home with open plan living, dining, kitchen and Master bedroom with ensuite on lower level. Upstairs, two large bedrooms at either end of house with one bedroom having floor to ceiling glass looking out to the water and access to its own private deck. Upstairs also includes a bathroom with large shower and toilet, underfloor heating and heated towel rail, a separate laundry with washing machine/dryer. There is also 2 drying racks available for you to hang your clothes out to dry. The whole lower level has floor to ceiling glass looking out to the water with tall 3m plus ceiling height…there is also an automated remote control blind system that has blinds that cover all the living room windows. Wood fire and large flatscreen TV in living along with plenty of couch seating, 8 seater dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has ensuite with large shower, toilet, vanity, underfloor heating and heated towel rail. There is a sliding door in the living space that leads out to a wide deck that spans the length of the house. A large table bench on the deck with bbq. There is a concrete path that leads around the property and around the landscaped gardens. There is a variety of dining experiences in Coles Bay, which include a bakery, Fish & Chip shop, Iluka Tavern, Geographe Restaurant and the IceCreamery. Coles Bay Convenience store across the road from IceCreamery for supplies. Short drive into the National Park for Wineglass Bay lookout walk, Wineglass Bay Beach walk, Hazards Beach walk or combine all 3 walks into one by completing a circuit through the Izmuth. You can catch the Wineglass Bay Cruise from Coles Bay with Pennicott Cruises, or a Pennicott Water Taxi out to Hazards Beach or the Cooks Beach walk. We also completed our 4th adventure with All4 ATV. You can do a 4hr or 2hr adventure.

The location was stunning. The house totally suited our needs. The bedrooms were so comfortable and clean. The shower was amazing.

More smaller logs and kindling for the fireplace. The lounge is not that comfortable. It's so slippery and uncomfortable.

Lovely house in a beautiful location. Nice to have a base in Freycinet to explore. The house was spotless and was well supplied eg milk and water left in the fridge was a nice touch. There were some board games which was great.

There are 3 bedrooms, one master with beautiful view, and two secondary bedrooms, one double with same lovely view and a rather poky twin room overlooked by the neighbors and looking onto the driveway. When I arrived there was a sign on the bed in the nice second double room telling I couldn’t use it or there would be an extra charge. I booked a three bedroom house (at a high price) because I wanted to use 3 bedrooms. My older child had been promised the nice second bedroom with the view as they had been sharing hotel rooms up to this point. I rang and they said I could use the room but to leave the second bed in twin room untouched. I thought I had booked a 3 bedrooms house so honestly it made me feel unwelcome in the house. I can understand if you are a couple asking people not to use the other beds, but I had booked for 4 people , what if no one had wanted to share beds. Are we not entitled to use all 4 beds? Then the washing machine made our clothes stink and instead of enjoying my last day in Tasmania I had to go to the laundromat to try and rewash and dry the damp smelly clothes. These two things ruined the experience at this property for me.
