The place was not very clean. Old fridge stuck in the way. Linen and curtains very old and especially the curtains were dirty.

- the rude customer service couldn’t even a answer a call. - the condition of the appartments. Old fridge out the door. Hazard in the kitchen. When reported it got offered to be fixed while I was there, this should have been addressed before I got there. - dust everywhere and not clean.

Location was good but everything else was appalling. Don’t stay here.

Rubbish everywhere on the grounds. Room was dirty and run down. Security lights didn’t come on at night. There was an old stinking fridge right at our door. Needs someone that actually knows what they are doing to manage this place as these managers don’t have a clue. Was charged for a stain on the couch that was already there and they said we had smoked in the room which we did not! Keep away from this joint. Very disappointing.

Clean, comfortable and great location. Easy check-in, the owner Terry was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The property is a short walk to the local IGA, takeaway shops, pharmacy, a bakery and cafe’s. It is also close to Swan River and has a great walking track nearby leading to Crawley Boat shed and Elizabeth Quay. The room containing the sofa bed had beautiful French doors with plenty of natural light. A shared coin laundry also onsite which was convenient. Would stay here again. Thank you Terry!
