The AC broke twice while we were there for one week, the dingy shag carpet, the dated kitchen and whole place, the messy storage with broken and rusted beach chairs, the broken kitchen tile which could ultimately injure someone, off the bedroom balcony there were rusted nails sticking out of wood which could injure someone. they knowingly offered this unit with a broken AC, the repair man even knew what was wrong already, in fact they tell you not to lower it below 72 degrees as they have a sign. we slept all night with 80 degrees and my daughter who suffers from eczema was miserable. Not worth $2300 for one week, we really need a refund of at least one night. It is sad the owners don’t take pride in their home.

Beautiful home. Easy access. The a/c wasn't working our first day and night so I called the company. They sent over an a/c guy and he had us fixed up quickly.

The TV Only a few channels. I needed someone to help me figure out how it worked. Missed March Madness on Sunday because the rental company was not in. Only got one channel for games the rest of the week.

Nice quiet location. Well furnished bedding, towels and kitchen. Wifi was good enough for my job. Washer/dryer/dishwasher all worked well. Beautiful beach. I was able to rent the beach umbrella/cushioned lounge chairs from Beach Service West and I am so glad that I did. Good parking under the unit in the shade. Needs only a few repairs on minor issues such as kitchen lights (only 1 bulb worked), sliding glass patio door lock does not work, living room ceiling fan. Overall, I would stay there again as it is a nice place with lots of space and very peaceful.

Needs some minor repairs: only 1 kitchen bulb worked, sliding glass door lock broken, living room ceiling fan needs to be repaired. It would be nice if there was a work desk with a lamp in one area. Dishwasher should be properly anchored to the counters so that it does not move. Lots of steps inside and out.

Location was great!! The Condo could use a little updating. The patio screen was in need of fixing. The storage unit could could be cleaned up. We had to buy chairs and umbrellas because r we very thing was rusting or broken. The patio door did not lock. All in all, we had a good time!!

It's. Great location. House is great. We found the place over our expectations. As a family with kids, it was perfect for our needs and values. The house was very clean and has all the necessary amenities and more. We enjoy the stay and we recommend it highly.
