I stayed in this condo with my son and teenage friends for a Birthday weekend. The Owner responded to all my questions rapidly and was very helpful. The condo was very cozy and perfect. The location was excellent as well. The condo was central to lots of shopping, restaurants and other surrounding cities. I am keeping this as a favorite for any future visits to southern california. This property was really quiet and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Check in was easy. We liked there was parking space spot and also street parking available as well. The host was very communicative to anything we had concerns/questions. She also let us know about the Sunday market event down the street. There was restaurant very close by in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will be back! Thanks Rita ☺️

Rita was an awesome and attentive host and was quick to answer any questions I had ahead of our arrival. The location was convenient and accessible to many great eateries. Our stay was for 14 days and the condo was clean, comfortable and really a home away from home. I would highly recommend it if you are coming to the LA area as everything was just so convenient. The underground garage was ideal for anyone travelling requiring wheel chair accessibility. If you have a wheel chair accessible decal/placard, do bring it with you as it is recognizable around the LA area. I would highly recommend this Rita’s condo as she had everything ready for us…AC was perfect, water pressure was perfect, kitchen equipment/tools was perfect…it truly made our vacation in LAX perfect and i would return to again on next visit with relatives. Highly recommended!

Great stay! Beautiful area, with plenty of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. It was very pleasant to just go on a walk through the area between events. The interior was very clean and comfortable, and the rest of the complex was very welcoming.

Ideal apartment for a couple looking for a short to medium stay close to LA. We stayed for 9 nights. A nice quiet location far enough away from the noise and traffic of downtown but close enough to visit the sites. Easy access to the property with underground parking a bonus. Would definately recommend to friends and family. Just a shame about the June gloom but very nice when the sun did come out.

I often rent this place for my friends and family visiting from out of the country. Always a pleasant experience with the the whole renting process and the condo is very clean and the location is super convenient. Rita is always reachable whenever we have questions. Will definitely rent it again.

Communication with Rita was excellent, check well explained and seemless, great underground parking. One block away to Starbucks, and safe area to stay in. This was our very first stay at a VRBO and this was a great experience.

Very nice, clean and quiet rental. Perfect for our stay in Alhambra on business. Very convenient walking to restaurants and stores. The owner is very helpful and makes sure all goes well.

Great for our purposes of a working vacation. Enjoyed the nice weather in February while seeing snow on mountaintops from outside our door (we are from a more wintry locale). Kitchen was fine for cooking several meals, and the bed was most comfortable of several vacation rentals we've been in. Neighborhood nearby was OK for us, and we went several times to Pasadena or Altadena (15 minutes away by car) for meals out and mountain hiking.

Very nice and secure building and parking near many restaurants and shops in Alhambra. Our LA family lives within walking distance so it was a perfect location for our visit. Rita is a great communicator and it made our stay even better. We would definately stay there again.

This is our second stay at Rita‘s place, which says it all! The space is great, and it is very easy to communicate with Rita. She responds promptly, and makes sure that all is well.

Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to shops and restaurants. On-site, secure parking (though available guest spots might be tight for bigger vehicles) is a plus. The well maintained apartment has all essential amenities. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient.

The condo, the building, the neighborhood and the host were all outstanding. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment, very well organized and clean!! It is exactly as it is shown in the pictures on the website. Our host was spectacular she helped us even though we were arrived late she stayed up and waited for us and made sure we got in the apartment easily. Everything is really close by shopping able to get your hair and nails done, restaurants, close to the ocean. Would definitely return back to this apartment it was spectacular! We even had a underground secure parking garage too!

This apartment met all of our needs; clean, quiet, nice bedroom and bathrooms, easy and secure off street parking. Communication with the host was great, and all inquiries were promptly and clearly answered. Short walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Our requirements were close to where we were going to be (Cities mentioned above), quiet and safe neighborhood, and affordable. This place had it checked, checked, and checked. Rita was awesome. This was our second time in less than a year staying at this property, and it was simply delightful once again. Rita is a host like no other with a lovely home to offer those who wish to explore the Alhambra/Pasadena area a bit more. Rita thinks of everything and provides incredibly detailed instructions for every step and gadget to be encountered at her home. This place is a simply stellar accommodation in an amazing location, far from the noise and commotion of a typical downtown stay. The neighborhood and neighbors are quiet and respectful, and it feels like a true community. There are wonderful restaurants and convenience stores all within walking distance. Could not be more convenient. Rita’s apartment is the perfect stay for up to 4 people to be comfortable. Whether you need a hair dryer, an iron, a pair of scissors, a spacious fridge or a washing machine to do a load during your trip - this place has it ALL. And every nook and cranny is spotless clean upon arrival. Even though we haven’t had the fortune of meeting Rita in person, she feels like a close relative from our exchanges and we’ve become so fond of her that we call her “auntie Rita” among ourselves. If you’re looking for a home away from home in LA, you won’t find a better place than this!

This condo was quiet, so quiet! And it was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated being able to park in the secure basement parking garage. Our host, Rita, was very responsive to our questions and couldn't have been more helpful. I heartily recommend this vacation rental!

My mother enjoyed a relaxing stay at this lovely home. The unit was well-furnished with everything she needed and was located in a very convenient location near downtown Alhambra with plenty of restaurants & shops. Rita’s apartment is a gem in every way. There is honestly nothing I don’t like about it. What I love about it: The Location: Perfect!! It is a block from downtown Ahlambra with absolutely everything you need and want within very easy walking distance including dozens & dozens of great restaurants, close to countless attractions; super safe neighborhood; farmers market on Sundays one block away; 20 minutes to downtown LA. The apartment itself: very clean; an extremely comfortable & peaceful space; nicely furnished with anything you need; very quiet & relaxing, very private; a very nice washing machine in the unit, with all laundry supplies; great appliances; a dishwasher ( we never use but great to have); a dryer in the community room if you need it; wonderful & enjoyable large outdoor patio steps away on the same floor with a pretty & serene mountain view; very nice residents in the building, if you even see them at all; two full modern bathrooms; ease of mobility for my husband recovering from a stroke; great kitchen with lots of nice dinnerware, glasses, utensils, cooking items; very comfortable king size bed - we never use the Murphy bed but it attractively looks like a cabinet with a closet in the front room; ample and great linens. You’ll be in total comfort in this space, The host: Best ever!!! A great person. Rita is a professional in the business, great people skills, very organized, knowledgeable, and committed to your comfort and satisfaction. Honest, trustworthy, much integrity, helpful!! She makes the rules & expectations very clear and each one is more than reasonable. She is an extremely nice person. You will want to treat her home with TLC because that’s the kind of place it is and the kind of person Rita is. Guaranteed, you will really like Rita, and love this condo. We love staying there, always hate to leave, and can’t ever wait to return when we visit our son and daughter-in-law in the area.
