Loved the location easy access to the beach beds where very comfortable bathtubs could use a good scrubbing but it was a nice place a little pricey but nice

It wasn’t that clean when we arrived when I was looking for somewhere to book main thing I looked at was parking it said free parking no reservation needed but after I booked and after I couldn’t cancel sent me an email saying only two parking passes per room we had three that was very misleading and a little aggravating since one couple was on a motorcycle when we got there couldn’t find parking passes and only one was there and the fold out couch had food in it so we didn’t use it

Location and size of condo.

Everything! There was jackhammers and grinding of concrete for hours. The floors in bedroom and living. We’re very wet. There was no power on complete west wall. No electric so tv and applian Notce in one bedroom were not usable. Elevator was out several different times. Stairs had inch of water in landing. No lamps in living room. Floors were very dirty. Had to clean some. Maintenance is terrible. Contacted Vacasa. No help two times. Promised dehumidifier, never saw that.

The location was great. The beach was right outside the condo and there were views of the Gulf from the windows. The condo was also very spacious.

This place offers no beach chairs. There was no front desk. You are on your own. There were fruit flies invading the condo to the point of it being very uncomfortable. They were all over the sink, the counter tops, the cabinets, and the ceilings. No one was able to eat in the condo without shooing away the flies from their food. That was miserable. After calling twice when we first arrived no one got back to us or showed up. It was not until the next day in the early evening that someone showed up to fix the problem (they did not fix the problem) after I called once again. Not great after paying a 200 dollar cleaning fee. Also, the shower curtain in the master bedroom was visibly soiled in several areas and the liner was halfway ripped off. We could not check in early because "they were doing everything possible to ensure the place was extra clean with the pandemic" Surely we did not experience this, especially for the high price we paid.
