The Place itself was great! I struggled with Emerald Coast Destinations a lot unfortunately, who I had to rent through. My host ignored my messages for 4 weeks until having to call the company to inform him to answer me. I am also being ripped off a $300 deposit for damages that was not caused during my stay and it is very much not believable for us smaller and younger girls to have been able to cause that kind of damage to the condo. They had also said that due to us calling police for safety reasons we are fined the $300. That makes no sense that our safety and concerns cost us a $300 DAMAGE deposit. Good to know we can’t feel safe or call emergency services without a $300 deposit being taken. Still am being ignored after over a month later and have not received any of my refundable deposits back which I was supposed to receive within 2 weeks of checking out. highly don’t recommend working with Emerald Coast or at least the guy I had to work with during and after my stay. Majestic Suites however was a great location and I enjoyed my stay through them but wish I had rented a room through a different company

There is nothing like waking up in the morning and walking out on the patio to listen to the waves. The living room furniture looks okay but isn’t very comfortable to sit on which if you are out on the beach all day you might not care. Overall the condo is nice and we are planning on staying in it at later date.

Location on the beach was great, clean and affordable. Perfect for my family of 5. Only 10 minutes from the fields, easy access to restaurants and activities.

Each time has been mostly pleasant. This time was a little different. First, the good. The condo is well laid out. Love the floorplan. Large Master bedroom area, bathroom, vanity area. Very nice. View outstanding. Island in kitchen nice.Now the bad. Issue with AC. Didn't work at all the first night. Got maintenance to come. Got it on. Old, old unit. Tech indicated it needed to be replaced. Found out temp control would only cool to 70 deg regardless of where you set the thermostat. That was problematic at night. Too hot in the rooms. Ceiling fans helped.Front bedroom has a horrible noise from a pump or machine in the ceiling of the closet making it really unusable at night. Guests need to know about the temp controls before or during booking.TV in main living area did not work. Maintenance notified. Ticket submitted. Nobody came to fix it all week.If those items are corrected this would be an awesome property.

My family which included young kids rented this condo for a week. We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of the condo, however, if you have any problems at all once checking in it will not be taken care of by the rental company. We checked in Saturday and the TV in the living room wasn’t working and the bedroom TVs would not change channels. We emailed the company and called and left a voicemail. No response. We called The following day, Sunday, and the lady we spoke to said she would put in a request for maintenance. They never came. We called the following day and the person we spoke to said they were waiting on the owner to approve a new tv to be installed and it should be approved and installed that day. Again no one came. We called again the following day, Monday, we were told the same thing. They were waiting on approval and should be approved that day. I told them no one even came to see if it could be fixed without replacing. Again no one came. I tried messaging the “owner” on VRBO and no response to my message either. We ended up checking out a week later without anyone coming to see if the TV could be fixed or replacing it. We had small children in our condo all week without a TV. Thankfully it was just the TV messed up and not something we needed for the week like the refrigerator. If something is messed up, they will keep saying they are waiting on the owner and will not replace it, so if you decide to book this room hopefully nothing breaks and needs to be replaced during your stay.

I have several complaints from our stay in 1706-2. First off we didn’t have enough wrist bands for everyone. I reached out to management and they said they would send the rest and we never received. The air didn’t stay cold(yes we kept our doors shut) the fridge leaked puddles of water every single day, so much it would soak towels. There was a crazy amount of mold in the master bathroom shower(EVERYWHERE). Toilet was nasty. Outside patio very filthy, sticky, nasty. There was dust and dirt in every crevice of the room. I’ve stayed in this resort before and it was great. But not this time. The hotel actually leaked water in the main area downstairs as well as the parking garage and the staircase in the garage which can’t be safe. After this last weeks experience I don’t know if I will be back. The mold has to be unhealthy for all of us.

Nice condo, excellent view! Master bed was comfy, island in kitchen was a great feature, all appliances worked well. There was an issue with the master bath shower door and one of the front bedroom closet doors. I contacted property manager on the first day for the shower door and 2nd day for the closet. I got an initial response saying it would be sent to maintenance, but no one ever came to fix the issues and there was no follow up to see if the issue was handled. I was able to McGyver a fix for the shower door, but the closet door was off the tracks and nonfunctional. Maintenance issues happen, but the lack of follow through on the notifications would be a factor I would consider in booking again. Overall though, it is a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Property needed bulbs changed. Cleaning isn't the best the pullout had not been cleaned debree under the couch. The sliding doors were not cleaned but I bought winded to do that. It was minor.

There was a sewage smell in the twin bunk room coming from the plumbing from the washer. You could hear the pipes gurgling when the upstairs unit flushed the toilet. Then came the smell. This room was unuseable. This room also had a broken bed that took 5 days to fix. The property manager never even responded after 20+ voice and text messages. The property had mold in both bathrooms. Do not rent from Emerald Coast Destinations Inc. We paid for a 3 bdrm and could only use 2 of the bedrooms due to the sewage smell. They never even tried to help or do anything to fix this. These people only care about your money.

I really recommend majestic for future vacations love the fresh clean smell when you entrance great house keeping security it’s great too

This unit was full of mold all over the place the doors and cabinets were broken the mattress were nasty the bunk beds were broken there were holes in the curtains the balcony furniture was 2 unmatched chairs one was broken. The fridge poured water the entire week I was there and did not make ice. The unit was not clean when we got there food was still all on the floor. The balcony door lock was broken etc I could go own . The property Manger did not respond to me and still has not responded I had to call to get someone to come fix the fridge (which still leaked)the mold, (which you can still see), and some cabinet doors. He did go get us furniture for the balcony . This unit is very out dated and was not worth the money paid . The condominium it's self is great but the unit was awful and I do not recommend staying in it until it has been updated and I don't wish to book through this property management company again as they have neglected to answer any email, text or call us back about how they were going to make things right as we paid almost $4,000 to stay in this unit and that's what we stayed in . Very disappointing 😞

Love this condo. We went with friends for spring break and had the best time. And coming home to the condo was a plus.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great ime. the weather was a little chilly to begin but the last two weeks were Florida at it's best. when we first checked in we found the silver ware all thrown into the drawer. But after washing and putting them in order all was well. We had a few problems but they were taken care of by the staff quickly. I would really recommend some serious spring cleaning as it didn't seem like much care was taken when cleaning. I also would recommend some new sheets that fit the deep mattresses. I did need to buy a few new teaspoons as there were only 2. I really liked the size of the condo and it was great when my daughter, granddaughter and great-granddaughter came to spend a couple of days.

My husband & I stayed in this condo w/ our 3 teenage girls for the 2wk holiday break from school. The condo was perfect for us, comfortable & clean when we got there. Check in was easy with the entry code that was emailed beforehand with instructions. This code system is nicer than key cards for the kids coming & going from the beach/pool/spa all the time. The 17th floor view is fantastic! We brought binoculars that came in handy for watching the groups of sting rays & fish near shore. The patio furnature on the balcony could stand to be replaced. The seats of some chairs have rips and one lounger was broken. I let them know about this but it wasn't a problem for our stay, they were still usable. Also if another review metioned a pigeon problem on the balcony it's been fixed. A "slinky" type wire installed on the ledge kept them from landing there. After we chased them off the rail a couple times they didn't bother coming back. With nowhere safe to land they could only watch me eat breakfast from the balcony ledge above. Lol. The kitchen had what we needed to cook although I'm not big on cooking beyond throwing something from the freezer on a baking sheet into the oven. I had what I needed to do that but there were pots, pans, & cooking utensils for when we needed them too. Nice sized pantry for our groceries next to the fridge. We did not use the coffee maker because my daughter insisted that we bring our Keurig so she could have her fancy k-cup flavors. The blender worked well for making afternoon margaritas. Everything in the bathrooms worked. The spa tub in the master was wonderful. Also the master shower is bigger than I expected. In the photos it looks like a small corner shower but it's bigger than it looks. Plenty of space for us both to shower together. ;-) The shower knobs were a bit confusing. We thought they were backwards at first but it was user error, we figured them out. There were towels in both bathrooms but just enough. We could have stood a few more because the kids kept stealing ours but we made it work by using our clean beach towels too. We just had to do laundry more often. I was pleased with the Majestic complex. Very nice facility, my daughter said "it's boujie". But I wished the outdoor pools would have been heated, the 2 indoor pools were and there's 3 hot tubs so it was still good. All were clean. The crosswalk over the road to the parking ramp across the street was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent facilities. We really enjoyed the movie theatre, hot tub, and pools. The ocean front property was very safe, walkable, and spacious for our party of 6. Will definitely be returning next year.

The place was a great local place to stay. Overall I like it and will most likely return !

We got there late Sat.evening Sunday morning we I did a load of laundry put them in the dryer to find out the dryer wasn’t working I called was told someone would be there Monday no one show up I called Tuesday was told someone would be there finally someone show up to work on the dryer said the senco

When I booked the reservation, I did not realize the company only took a portion of the payment. My intention was to pay in full all at once. This created a little confusion on the front end because my credit card company assumed fraud since two transactions for more than a few hundred dollars took place back to back and initially denied my second charge. It all got worked out but could have been avoided had I been allowed to pay in full in one transaction. My only other complaint was that I recieved no check in instructions until I was on the road for 3 hours to the Majestic. The check in instructions included my need to bring additional supplies that may or may not be in-stock at local stores because of Covid. This would have been beneficial to know prior to my departure. I was also concerned about not receiving instructions earlier and wondering if my reservation had been canceled. This is information that should be sent out a few days before arrival.
