The value and cleanliness Steven’s really we’re great to work with

Sink and dishwasher back filled the entire time with food and dirty water. Several leaks when it rained leaving standing water. Air conditioner condensation constant leaking inside.

More lighting at night is very dark and anyone can fall and get hurt.

I liked the air conditioner, the big TV and roku, nice pots and pans, ceiling fans, clean large towels

That I check in earlier. I went for my sons boot camp graduation. I was very tired. I wish there was a waiting room or lobby where I could wait. Or maybe some free snacks for waiting so long. It would have been nice if the fridge had some bottle waters.

Anna that kept trying to resolve the issues but she was not on site and probably as frustrated as me.

No toilet paper,toilet ran all the time and took 15 minutes to refill,yellow plug in bathroom sink. Old buildings but comfortable sleeping. After many contact's the housekeeping was too busy to come over so I had to leave as the importance of my visit was to spend time on base with my son. Never got anything resolved but overall we made it through it.
