Convenient location, open air feel of the home, clean, private backyard area, kitchen and laundry amenities.

Could use a small set of nice frying pans. (my husband went to buy a set so he could cook his loco moco ;)

the location was perfect, so close in proximity to my family that reside in Hilo. loved how easy it was to check in. the contact person was very helpful. the space the home offered was perfect for our family. Definitely will be staying here again.

when we got to the home a few miner things we didn’t like; the back door lock was unlocked, the home wasn’t fully cleaned( floors felt dirty, bathroom rugs were dirty) and the other thing we didn’t like was when the key pad lock that allows you access into the home had a technical malfunction on us late in the evening and did not open for us, but so very thankful to our contact person for helping us to retrieve the spare key to get into the house.
