Gorgeous farmhouse-style rooms that were cosy, comfortable, and welcoming. The shower was great, and tea and coffee-making facilities were provided, which was a lovely touch. I was checking in late, outside the standard check-in times, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure I could access my room. Excellent service and a really comfortable stay. I would happily recommend!
Not a dislike but something to be aware of: Breakfast isn’t provided, but the hotel is right on the high street, with plenty of lovely little cafés and shops nearby where you can grab breakfast or a bite to eat. So, there are still plenty of options close by!

Lovely place, full of character. Staff are super friendly. I was very happy here. I had some food in the outside bit the first night, was overwhelmed by how massive the portions were. Would always opt for starter sizes or kids sizes if possible.
I would have loved some breakfast. West Malling is very short of breakfast options before 9am aside the Costa.
The rooms are quiet for the most part but you can hear sounds from the below rooms especially if they are playing the TV at a billion decibels.

Friendly, helpful staff and good location.
Our room was effectively a hut. The door opened on to a very busy, loud, pub garden. Similarly the only window opened on to the same pub garden area. We had to keep our blind down and could not leave the window or door open. It was therefore very hot in the room with no air conditioning. The plumbing in the bathroom was smelly. The pub is a nice, family pub which serves food and it was busy and noisy until after closing time.
