Very cozy place beach is right behind had a blast will plan to visit again in the future

I think an extra blanket inside the closet would bring happiness into the next guess just incase they forgot theirs at home

Gorgeous Ocean view and beach access! We saw dolphins from the balcony. Great location right on the ocean side of 30a, perfect size place for 2 people. The area has many state parks, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes.

The property needs a couple small things: *dish soap and laundry detergent were provided, but no dishwasher soap or coffee filters *the bed needs a comforter, there was only a sheet and bedspread was the thickness of a second sheet *bed could use a new mattress *minor paint touch ups needed

The location is lovely except that currently 2 large new homes are being built next to Ramsgate. Lots of sawing, hammering, etc. The picture in the ad for Ramsgate 4 that shows greenery outside the wall of windows is now construction materials. I would likely return to this unit a year from now though. I hate for these property owners to suffer loss.

Cynthia Wade at Vacasa office was not at all concerned about the noisiness and inaccuracy of the ad. Absolutely no empathy or people skills.

Great location right on the beach, We had a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. It was very peaceful.
