Clean, spacious for a family of 4, great location, very friendly check-in (thank you, Piotr!) and communication with the host (Josef, thanks!)

The location was close to bus stop, tram stops and metro station. Quite a busy place with eateries and restaurants nearby. The apartment was in top floor with good ventilation. It was on a small lane with cars coming only for parking. Hence almost noise free.
Underground Garage parking.
1. The remote to open the Garage did not work
2. The guiding signal lights were always red - No way to know if a car is coming in the opposite direction.
3. Garage is made for smaller cars and was tedious to bring in and take out a bigger one - with the added disadvantage of the non working signal lights.
4. Our prime necessity was an accommodation with parking facility which did not work out fine.

Pretty nice location. Comfortable for family traveling. two rooms, quiet, warm with heating, and washing machine.
The general impression is that the apartments are very overvalued, despite the fact that the interior seems to be quite good, and the building is modern and everything is equipped and there is some utensils. The kettle definitely needs to be replaced, because the iron kettle that needs to be boiled on the stove is covered in some kind of drips - this is just the last small detail that completes the whole picture.

The position of the apartment is great. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We had a small issue with the Garage since one day we couldn’t park there because of the yearly cleaning. This was perfectly solved by the host, we got a payed place in the nearby hotel garage.

New, modern and spacious Apartment with view into trees. Underground parking is real benefit here. Children playgrounds in park nearby is also big plus. Shopping centere and Underground station about 8min walkf from Apartment.
The apartment is furnished very simply and also cleaning service would do a better job (but still ok).

Nice apartments but
On the photo apartments looks better than in reality.
Apartments was dirty - kitchen shelves, tulle and curtains, toilet. Conditioner was not working, less square meters than written.

We arrived exactly at 14.00, the room was freshly renovated, all the basic necessary things are in the room. The mini balcony overlooks the green area and there is a garage (mainly chose because of the garage). I also liked that the owner left information on a piece of paper with addresses of various cafes, restaurants and other useful places.
There was an unpleasant incident with the lack of hot water, according to the landlord, it was throughout the building. I was with children, they refused to take a cold shower, and for me its not very comfortable too. The landlord also said that if water does not appear next day then he will refund, and the next day he said that cold water is refreshing, so if you like this kind of humor, then I recommend staying here

Nice and clean apartment. We reserved on really short notice, but owner made sure everything was ready anyway.
Parking garage is also a nice bonus if you're with a car.
Would prefer a shower instead of a bath. A bit more kitchenware would also be nice.

Perfect location in a lively central residential district with tons of shops and great public transport connection nearby. Overlooking the green hill with hundred year old trees, very modern building with perfect underground parking so that it is not needed to look for a parking slot every time. Easy to drive to this location and out to non-central attractions such as Zoo, Lhotka or Zlute Lazni. The apartment is perfect for a family with all the modern conveniences and fully equipped kitchen. Easy to get the keys or any help from the host. Highly recommended!
