Blissful views, staff are friendly and accommodating. We are welcomed every year as family. The property looks fabulous. The room could use a few tweaks.

Visit was way to short but the accommodations were well suited for us. Very comfortable and clean. View was wonderful even though it was very stormy due to Hurricane out in the Atlantic.Enjoyable to watch all the beautiful waves and changing sky. It did not dampen our fun watching all the while we were cozy in this room. Plan on being back next year for a longer stay.

Reviewer Comments:
Room was as advertised. There were a couple of housekeeping items that affected our stay:The kitchen was not equipped with enough pots, pans, knives, cutting board. There was only one electrical outlet in the kitchen and was located between the sink and fridge with no room to place coffee maker, toaster or anything else. This was a major problem. Made using any appliance in the kitchen dangerous. The ceiling fan speed adjustment was rusted and could not be changed. Room was clean and comfortable. I did like the walk in shower!

Reviewer Comments:
I have not been here in a while but it's where we usually stay when in st Augustine because we love the heated pool. This time the pool was really cold. I called the front desk....one person said it was being worked on and the second person said there was nothing wrong with the pool and the temperature was accurate. We also had to call twice for towels send toilet paper and finally got towels but that was it.
