The majority of the food and the location were absolutely perfect. We were close to the beach and the pool is great. The hotel allowed us to stay in our room on check out when my travelling companion got ill on our last day. The room had a good size bed and lots of comfortable pillows. It had a great view of the sea

All of the alcohol and the associated juices being served are undrinkable. When i say being served i mean thrown at you (the two ladies at the main bar being the main culprits). The drink measures are very inconsistent also. I think we managed half a drink of whatever we ordered before giving up each time. We are not big drinkers so no harm but there seems to be a big focus on the hotel wanting you to spend more money in their premium bar rather than catering for those of us who have spent significant amount of money to attend the resort. We should be able to drink or choose an alcoholic beverage that we can finish and enjoy. It isn't 5 star by any stretch, no coffee machine or coffee offered in the morning and the air conditioning in the room didnt work. The advertised tv was useless and couldnt connect to any apps. The wifi is poor 75% of the desserts on offer had no taste.

It is a fantastic place, the best of the area! There is everything you need: 2 outdoor pools, beach with umbrella and sunbeds included in the price, clean towels every time you want, spa with salt room, sauna, showers, changing room, lockers with keys, indoor swimming pool and idro massage (a little bit cold) and gym with new tools. You can have treatments and massage. We had an all inclusive package: breakfast, lunch, small snacks in the afternoon and dinner. The food is delicious !! You have water, beer, wine and coffee (yes, like real Italian coffee!!) . Also the last day you can enjoy all the facilities and this is wonderful! Even the meal if you have not had all the meal on the arrival day. The structure is completely new and modern and the ladies clean all the time! In the room you will have always new bottles of water each time and also a razor and toothbrush. We booked a room with the see view and I strongly recommend it! The beds are the most comfortable I have ever tried and after midnight, when the bars on the beach turn the music off, there is a wonderful silence until the morning ! The receptionists are so kind and helpful. There is also animation staff to dance in the sea in the morning and to do some activities with the kids. 💓💓💓 You can pay by card or cash in euro or ALL and they can book for you a shuttle to the airport.

Everything was beautiful in our holiday! The sea is not cristal blue in the north part of Albania, maybe this is the only thing to consider. But of course this doesn't depend on the hotel, which is wonderful! But you can organise excursions to the south of the country. Just a little suggestion to the hotel: there is plenty of sweets to eat but they are all pretty similar. Maybe you could add some ice cream or different cakes. Anyway they are all delicious 😋 For the guests who are used to sleep in the complete dark, remember to bring an eye mask, like I did, so that the sun light in the morning doesn't wake you up. There are curtains of course, but it's normal that a bit of light comes in. Enjoy your stay 💋

- Essen gut aber kalt - All Inclusive Getränke schlecht, schmecken nicht. Cola, Sprite usw sind nur Sirup. 4 Cocktails zur Auswahl, der einzig gute ist regelmäßig aus, Wein und Bier kann man nicht trinken - Man darf nicht im Außenbereich vorm Hotel sitzen, wurden weggeschickt weil wir nichts von der Karte bestellen wollten, wir sollen zur All Inclusive Bar neben dem Pool, obwohl da ein Quizevent von einer Reisegruppe war und wir deswegen nicht unbedingt dort sitzen wollten - Getränke und Essen von außerhalb darf man nicht aufs Zimmer nehmen - 50 Euro Deposit für Hotelhandtücher - Toiletten bei Pool geht alle 10 Sekunden das Licht aus - Jeden Tag laute Musik bis mitten in die Nacht, entweder von diesem Hotel oder vom nachbarhotel - Liegen beim Pool ab 8 Uhr komplett reserviert, niemand macht was dagegen - Generell fühlt man sich als All Inclusive Gast als würde man schlechter behandelt werden als „zahlende“ Gäste, obwohl man das Paket bezahlt hat. Es gibt zwei Bars und ein Restaurant an dem man nicht für all inclusive bestellen kann, Getränke und Essen ist da natürlich um Welten besser - Es gibt beim Zimmer einen nicht stören Schalter, jeden Tag wenn wir ins Zimmer zurück gekommen sind war dennoch die Reinigungskraft im Zimmer, wozu gibt es das dann überhaupt - Ungefähr jede Stunde ein Kinderprogramm am Pool - Schimmel bei der Dusche
