Positive: good location, good birdwatching from back deck, comfy beds and good A/C.

The owner of this unit needs to know the negatives: Garbage bin area right by front door is nasty, needs to be cleaned out. In the bathtub/shower, main showerhead not working. The showers are slippery & need grab bars. Dead batteries in TV remote. Light over cooktop/under microwave not working. Refrigerator water filter light showing red, needs replacing. Window blinds don't work.

I liked the three bedroom apartment just wished I found sooner so could have been there the whole time.

I couldn’t find where the trash bags were kept.

great location in Sea Pines. close to Harbour Town and the beaches.

the tv in the living room needs to be updated to a larger, high def model

Quiet location, soft comfy bed

Old, stained sofa, furniture looks nice in pictures but is quite outdated. The place was clean, but there were many cockroaches….. maybe that is inevitable with this climate and humidity. Lots of loose threads from the mattress under the bed, it looked like a big spider web, so very hard to clean.

The ambience and cleanliness of the place was perfect and the size suited our needs perfectly. This made for a most relaxing week which we were looking for.

The cabinet height in the front bathroom. Also, we noted roaches on more than one occasion. The TV in the great room needs instructions on how to use the controls. It was not intuitive that the TV is turned on with one remote and channel selections made with the other.
