Clean and fully equipped
Very good communication from the owner
I was able to arrange a later check out at no extra charge as my flight was not until the evening and the next guest was not checking in early
Nothing

Bed was comfy, good location for access to sights, easy to check in, staff were lovely and were willing to accommodate a late check out.
2 mornings when we left early there was a homeless man sleeping on the stair way. He was beside the lifts so weather you took the stairs or lifts you had to pass him. I would not stay alone as a single woman for this reason. I was with my husband.

Ultra central location, great communication with the host, helped with tips for surrounding parking area and other useful info, accommodated early checking and late check-out.
Not a biggie, but the room was very warm during the night. To be fair I did not try the air conditioning, so this is not really an issue.
