キッチン、食器、レンジ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、掃除機等々揃ってて普通に生活できる所。

ベッド下、食器、ロフトのほこりが気になった。

Le studio était propre et très bien équipé (lave linge, aspirateur, fer et table à repasser, bouilloire, etc). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce quartier familial, avec plusieurs aires de jeux et de nombreuses options pour manger (supermarché avec une grande variété de plats à emporter, restaurants de bon rapport qualité/prix). La proximité des 2 gares de Kamata permet de relier les points d'intérêt touristique dans un délai acceptable (40min pour Shibuya par ex).

Il manque un espace de rangement pour les vêtements. Nous les avons posés en piles au sol à côté du lit, une petite planche en guise d'étagère aurait été la bienvenue. Il manque également une solution dans la salle de bain pour étendre les serviettes de toilettes.

Good location, walking distance to stations, and very clean. Simple check-in, check out procedures.

Staircase is quite steep for elderly.

Well equipped. Water boiler, induction plaque, even a shoehorn. Air conditioner and wifi worked well. I was a little worried about the futon beds but we slept well.

The clothes dryer is a inside model. A model that could be placed in the balcony could be more practical to gain more space. The host indications about directions were good, but the public transportation is a little confusing for first time visitors. To be clear, what I wrote bellow is just informations for new visitors, not a complain about the host. You have Keyku line, JR lines, subway lines. You can pay them all with a suica card. But on arrival in Shinagawa the machine had only one card left for sale. So I tried to buy regular paper tickets. Bought the wrong ones. Young japanese helped me to buy the right ones. I wanted suica cards for my children instead of phone apps. Also didn't want welcome suica cards (a visitor special card) since it has two downsides. Cannot be reissued if lost. Card is not refundable. For your transportation, use bellow website. But an interesting tip, check your departure point from Kamata Sta. vs Keyku-Kamata. Close to the metro (subway) station… 3 min walk. Clean and it has everything you need.

They didnt provide enough pillows for a booking of four guests. They only provided 2 pillows and when we requested, they said they only have two. There’s no luggage storage facility to allows guests to store their luggage before their flight or if they arrive before check-in time.

The location was great, near mini mart, local mall. Food & drinks restaurants.

The room was small, and the double bed was taking up a lot of the room space.

Walking distance to metro and eateries\convenient store nearby.

A little dusty as myself and daughter are sensitive to dust, as I noticed there are dust collected at the the TV and bed area.
