Place was nice and cozy.

Kelly was a great host and made us feel very comfortable. The location was great with a short walk to Cresent moon park and a fantastic trail along the creek. Morning coffee / tea on the deck was relaxing in the cool morning air. The place is quiet, clean and private. Willing to return and recommend this place for any couple.

We had a great time in Sedona and loved the the space. Just what we were looking for. If we ever make it back, we know where to stay. Thanks so much Kelly

The place is a 10 minute walk to trails. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the deck and the apartment was amazing. King size bed led to great sleep. The bathroom with soaking tub is amazing. Host was polite, friendly and helpful. A great experience.

Kelly is great. Very pleasant host. It’s good for a couple who comes for biking or hiking. If you are planning to buy groceries and cook for yourself, it may not be the place. It has a small electric stove and microwave. No grill. There is no washer/ dryer or sink to wash utensils. We washed them in the bathroom sink. We were fine with that. Back deck is beautiful. Pastries from Layla’s was a nice touch.

1st time in Sedona for wife and I and had a great stay.

Functional, economical base for hiking and seeing the area. Clean, responsive hosts. But, it is not entirely private. The hosts traverse the deck right outside the sliding doors, the only ventilation. The kitchen hasn't a stove, burners, or oven, and you wash dishes in a bathroom sink. The tub is wonderful and hot water is plentiful. But is was a little less than we expect from VRBO, especially given their recent commercials focusing on privacy. But, Sedona is expensive, and this would be a reasonable option for many couples. Again, the hosts are lovely and not intrusive. It is just the set up.

The owner was amazing and the property felt like a private oasis. Close enough to everything while secluded enough to feel isolated and peaceful.

We had a hot water issue that affected our stay but was handled to our satisfaction by Kelly, the owner. We were able to make the best of the situation and think this is a wonderful Sedona respite under normal circumstances.

Comfy studio w. good bed, large bathroom (and soaking tub), and lovely nature sounds outside, esp. the howling coyotes. Kelly is super nice, provided delicious fresh bakery items on day one, and was a pleasure to interact with. I'm an early bird, and discovered epic trails walking distance/down the road from studio. Total peace and bliss on these trails that overlook Cathedral Rock, and meander along the river....just perfect. This lodging is out of town area, which we wanted...just fyi you have to drive into town for activity/food etc.

We stayed at Kelly’s place for 3 weeks in February. The space was comfortable, well stocked and Kelley was very accommodating. Our deck space was beautiful and peaceful and private. One night we were serenaded by coyotes! We only wish the weather would have allowed us to spend more time on the deck and hitting the trails. The location gave us easy access to Crescent Moon, Red Rock State Park, and numerous nearby trails and Sedona was just a short drive away. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay in Kelly’s cozy studio. It had all that we needed to have a wonderful getaway. My favorite part was having coffee out in the patio wrapped up in a cozy blanket and enjoying the sound of nature and a good soak in the big tub after a day of being our hiking Sedona. Kelly was a great host checking in on us but giving us our space too. Will definitely be coming back! to this gem!

We had the best time at Kelly's adorable studio! Very private. Exactly as it looks in the pictures! Beautiful grounds and there is a creek in the back yard! We did a couples massage in the yurt with Kelly and Greg. Such a great experience! Kelly gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beautiful places to see the sunrise and set! Very convenient to anything! You won't regret this booking! Can't wait to go back!! Thanks Kelly!

My partner and I had the most amazing experience in Sedona at this adorable studio!

We only stayed a short two days but had a wonderful trip. Found trails within a mile of the studio. We even were able to cross off a bucket list item and do Yoga on a mountain rock with Castle Rock in the background. So grateful. Our host made us feel right at home. We had everything we needed. We definitely would love to come back for another stay. Thank you.

We loved our stay with Kelly! She was such a gracious host and the property was lovely. Calm, relaxing, serene, and cozy. We loved the back patio and getting to pet Kelly’s three cats. The location is spectacular and the bed extremely comfortable. Lots of nice and special touches enhanced our stay, like epsom salts for the bathroom and muffins on arrival. Thank you, Kelly!

From the day we made the reservation, the property owner was in communication with us with welcoming words, directions, parking instructions and answers to all the questions we sent her way. The property is in a rural setting, and it gets dark early this time of year. Since we weren't familiar with the area, this presented some challenges but gps and the fact that the owner thought of us and left on extra lights, and specific directions on where to go when we arrived, helped tremendously. The setting of this property provided a restful and relaxing place to land at the end of the day and see an amazing sky full of stars. The one bedroom apartment, with a separate private entrance, was clean, roomy and extremely well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. All the amenities we needed were available...large closet, small kitchenette with several small appliances and coffee, soaker tub and shower. We were able to sit out on the lovely deck and enjoy our coffee each morning in quiet privacy. Owner checked in with us daily to make sure we were comfortable and ask if we had any questions or concerns. Her suggestions for restaurants and places to take in the views of Sedona were excellent and there were bookshelves full of books about the area for our reference. There is a beautiful park within easy walking distance from the apartment with opportunities to hike along a beautiful creek and view Cathedral Rock.. We are grateful for the hospitality our host offered to us and would definitely stay here again if and when we visit this amazingly beautiful place.

Great hideaway near everything to do in Sedona. We spent 3 days hiking and sight seeing in Sedona’s red rocks. Best treat was coming back to the studio to soak in a wonderful soaking tub. Evey needed was provided.

Sedona was the last stop on our anniversary trip out west. We we taken aback by how nice Kelly and Marc's property was. From the pastries to the massages in the yurt. We will definitely be back. 😊

First I would suggest getting to the place before dark. We were unable and it was very dark and I needed to call Kelly for some help. The best things about the place are the bed and the large tub for soaking. I took advantage of that after a long hike. My husband got a massage in the back yurt which was great and made so easy by Kelly. We enjoyed our stay and if you are wanting to experience something other than a stay in another hotel this might be just the place.

Perfect place for our three day trip to sedona.

We loved staying at Kelly and Marc’s perfectly appointed place with their lovely backyard. Kelly was so friendly and we had everything we needed in a very well located spot. We were able to hike from the home to Cathedral Rock which we loved.

Kelly was a gracious host. The place was immaculate and peaceful. Also it is walkable to a couple of trailheads which we hiked (fabulous). Would definitely stay again

My wife and I enjoyed our stay , took in a lot of the "red rock country" enjoying the majesty and splendor of the rock formations. Also took in Jerome and Cottonwood while in the area. We also took in a couple of the restaurants , Telaqapaque arts and crafts area.
