Lovely room, very spacious, cleaned and comfortable. The ensuite is modern and large space. Plenty of space in the common shared area. Excellent wifi reception. A short walking distance to ortigia. Parking slightly tricky when we arrived around 2:30pm. Took us 4 rounds before finding a free parking lot in front of the hotel. Host is very responsive and friendly. Check in and check out was easy.

It is perfectly located for exploring Ortigia!
Very clean twin rooms share a common living area. If you come as 2 couples, the entire floor is yours.
If you're lucky, you can find free parking nearby; Also there is a paid parking lot right across the street.
The owner, Viola, is very friendly and offers great recommendations on places to visit and eat.

Nice big room, nicely decorated. Comfortable and very close to the city center. we could park our car for free in the same street, but probably its more difficult in higher season.

Nice room in a great location, easy walking around Ortigia.
We booked because it offered parking, so were a bit surprised to find we had to compete on the street with everyone else for a space. Also, it should have been clearer that the “living room” area was to be shared with another room.
