Overall the property had just what we needed for our group of 5 and the home was comfortable. The location was convenient. The door lock was a little confusing but we finally got it. The property manager was easily accessible via email. The only issue we had with our stay is the property is a bit dated/worn for its price point. The louvered bifold doors in the kitchen were off half of one of the doors and there really is not enough silverware/dishes for more than one meal with 5 people eating.

This is our first time experience staying in a rental house instead of hotel rooms . We are all love it so much . I don’t think we will go back to hotel in our next vacation place instead booking a house from Vrbo . We love so much staying with Vrbo .

The kitchen faucet and downstairs shower faucet were very, very loose, downstairs shower curtain was dirty and some of the slats on the pantry door came off but otherwise it was a nice place. It is too bad some visitors don’t take care of things like they should

Stayed at this property Dec 2022 with my family and our dog. Location is excellent. It's within the Wintergreen resort, very close to skiing/golf/snowboarding/tubing/spa. Another plus was that it allows dogs. Property manager was easily accessible by text. The reasons I'm only rating it 3 stars: - Property was poorly maintained -- several broken fixtures and a non-functioning, malodorous dishwasher. It was also not that clean--upon our arrival there was hair on the tub, and under the couch there were dust, a ball and a sock. Utensil organizer had food particles and dust. Yuck. One would think that with an early check out (10am) and late check in (4pm), the cleaners would have enough time to clean the place more thoroughly. - Check in was not that intuitive. They use Lockly, a door lock none in our family was familiar with. We had to YouTube how to use it. - Early check in and late check out only made possible by paying a fee. And by the way, I think you can avoid this fee by booking through another site and not vrbo. So why even ask for a fee? - We could hear our downstairs neighbors quite clearly. This became a bit of a nuisance at night. I most likely will not stay here again given these undesirable aspects of the place. It's conveniently located though, so if disarray and dirt don't bother you much, then this place could be an okay value for your money.

Stayed over a very cold Christmas weekend. We just loved the place. Clean, quiet, and close to skiing and snow tubing. Ideal location and we hope to be able to come back and visit again soon. Nothing but positives to say about this condo. Thank you so much for the hospitality.
