Definitely the views (location)
The unisex bathrooms in shared area, like reception/dining area, and the fact that there was no phone in bedrooms, even if just to connect with reception, especially since it was in a separate building.

On site spa and hotel with very good service.
Riaan at the restaurant was very nice!
Nothing that I noticed.

The location of the hotel is unsurpassed. Magnificent views from the sea facing rooms. Beds were comfy and the rooms were a good size. Large balcony with table and chairs. Well located for beach walks.
Soundproofing! Needs thicker room doors as the sounds from reception float up and it gets noisy at time. Earplugs needed.

The location was beautiful.
No TV reception, serious wifi problems. Staff were not helpful. Bedroom flooring was ice cold, no mats around. Bathroom facilities were poor for a top rated hotel.
