Excellent facilities, good location, very helpful staff. This is a great place near the bus station (we were transiting through Popayán by bus). The sraff were very accommodating and helpful. The common spaces function as an art gallery and the room was super clean. Highly recommended.

The rooms were very noisy. It was hard to get to sleep and would wake up very early.

Good location, very helpful staff, clean new hotel
We went to this hotel because of the exceptional good client ratings.
We clearly think the hotel is overrated.
It's all new but the rooms and for sure bathrooms are small and very basic, basic furniture (cheap).
Restaurant connected (also for breakfast) no atmosphere, poor presentation very basic food.
Showers "cold" water only, water pressure poor in one of our rooms

Friendly staff, close to bus terminal and walking distance to town. Clean and comfortable. This time had room on 2nd floor, did not have cold. Perfect.
