The pictures do not do this property justice! The owner was friendly and so were the neighbors. Walking distance to coffee shops, pizza and upscale restaurants. View from the kitchen nook of the lake was amazing to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to wine country!

We have stayed here before and were happy to return for another visit. Owner is very nice and accommodating. Property location is perfect for the town and nearby area.

In historic Geneva, super close to restaurants, with views of the lake. Well supplied and meticulously kept. The kitchen is well stocked and the host is friendly and responsive.

It was a relaxing time, quiet, clean and well accommodated with everything. Will likely book again in the future.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The home exceeded our expectations. Upon walking in we noticed how clean and beautifully decorated the home itself was. It had the fridge stocked with water and coffee creamers, a bag of ice in the freezer, coffee k-cups with tons of options and the bathroom was filled with good quality soaps and shampoos/conditioners. The quality of the towels and linens were exceptional. The home itself was beautifully well maintained. We would highly recommend this rental and plan to be back ourseves!

Close to everything… restaurants, bars, winery’s waterfalls! Very clean, well “stocked” home and the owner was super helpful! Great time!

We wanted to return to the Finger Lakes area for vacation. Our host was very professional and checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. This apartment was beautifully decorated and convenient to many hot spots. We would stay there again if we travel that way again.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Geneva. Our host (John) was so welcoming and the flat was beautifully decorated (with the most comfortable beds!). The location was also perfect, with an easy walk to Main Street and lakefront parks. It’s also a great location to also start a Finger Lakes wine tour for Seneca Lake. We cannot wait to come back!

Can't say enough about this property. It was perfect for our trip to watch our son play lacrosse at Hobart College. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Geneva. My only regret is not finding this place sooner - our son is graduating this month and we won't be coming back to Geneva anytime soon. WONDERFUL place!!! Has EVERYTHING you would need. This apartment is just as lush and beautiful as it appears in the pictures - it was a delightful home base for a few days touring the area. I enjoyed the view of Seneca Lake, the comfortable bed, and cozy living space, and appreciated the proximity to town, including a great local coffee shop just through the park across the street. I hope to stay again! The host provided a bag of ice, cold bottled water and excellent coffee for the Keurig, all much appreciated. My only suggestion is to add some kitchen basics for those who enjoy home-cooked meals while traveling. There are some unexpected meal prep items (a KitchenAid stand mixer!) but a set of mixing bowls and a baking dish or two would be a great addition. Thanks for the hospitality!
