I spent 4 nights here with my son, and we were both very satisfied with the Accommodations. It is very roomy, well furnished, clean, and everything works! It is also well located, being just a short walk from the Canal District, and a quick tram ride from the Duomo. I would definitely stay here again.

Location and apartment were great. Just need to update the description to say there are 2 double beds as we were expecting 2 single beds in the second bedroom for our teenage boys. Otherwise fantastic

This apartment was everything we asked for. Silvio was so accommodating in helping us. Our luggage was delayed for two days and Silvio helped us get cabs to the airport. He turned a stressful situation into a tolerable on. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We loved staying here as it was slighly away from the heart of Milan and felt like living in a neighborhood. Everything was easily walkable but we felt more like "residents' and less like "tourists".

We had a bit of difficulty arriving at the property. Although the host emailed me the correct adress originally, he then texted the wrong address. And so it cost us an extra €55 for Uber. There was a broken toilet seat, some stained and moldy sheets one one bed and filth on the front of one of the toilets. The doors and ceiling fans were very dusty etc. I emailed the host 3 times to address these issues and he never replied. The apartment is very nice if it wer clean and well taken care of, some of the silverware had dried food etc so i spent part of the time changing sheets and washing dishes that should have been clean. I would have given a better review if they responded and fixed things when we got there but they ignored me.

Even more impressive than the photos this stately apartment in a beautiful building is also in a great location close to everything yet quiet. Check in process was easy. Apartment has everything you need. The living room is banquet size with incredible ceiling heights throughout. We would return !

So much walkable - out of the building (Loved the elevator) to the right and then to the left...restaurants, shops, the Duomo and the Galleria....Other sites so close.

We enjoyed the location, it was clean and exactly as described in the listing.

I was so impressed with how accurate the accommodation was with the lovely photos on the site. The property had everything we could need for a 5 day stay. Bit fiddly to monitor the water bottle connected to the air con which needed to be emptied daily. This was the only inconvenience. Silvio was very accommodating and helpful. A wonderful place to stay to experience Milano.

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-equipped apartment. Beautiful, quiet location and very easy to get to transportation and to see the sights of Milano.

The apartment is a perfect location betwen Navigli and Duomo. We enjoyed the apartments old world look with moden updates.
Silvio was also most gracious, as we had flight cancellations and changes and he allowed us to do a bag drop early to avoid carting luggage around.
Would recommend and definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Silvio greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful. Apartment was in a quiet area, but with easy access to transportation and short walk to the Duomo and other attractions.

We loved the apartment and the neighbourhood. It was beautifully quiet. It is very easy to walk into the centre of Milan and to go to the trendy bars in the Navigli district. The kitchen in particular was very well appointed. We were however disappointed about the quality of the linen and towels. They should also have been professionally laundered rather than being washed in the apartment by the cleaners. During our stay all the washing lines were taken up by the sheets and towels from the previous occupants.
