Beautiful cottage, fabulous location.

Beautiful cottage in a fabulous location, directly opposite a gorgeous beach. The Promenade is being improved and will be fabulous once completed. The cottage is next to a pub and cafe, with other cafes, restaurants, shops along the road. The cottage itself was clean, with all modern amenities, all basics were provided, tea, coffee, milk, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, coffee machine pods, dishcloths, all towels, toilet rolls, hand wash etc A fabulous treat tray was also left for us. Host was great keeping us updated and on hand if we needed anything. Highly recommended.

Superb

The welcome pack was appreciated and a request for plant milk was kindly met. The cottage is very clean and across the road from the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped.

The buzzing noise from the coffee van over the road during the day. The ceiling to enter the kitchen is low and you need to mind your head if you are tall. There a few steep steps down to the cottage.

Incredible family mini-break

Fantastic location, beautiful town and wonderful beach. House cosy, warm and a home away from home. Lovely gifts left by hosts, a nice little touch.

Communication about works being carried out on the promenade, but the works are obviously beyond the host’s control.

Lovely views of the bay, a superb place to stay.

Positioned right on the promenade it was east to park, convenient for the beach and well connected to the road network too. The cottage is lovely inside and out, clean, comfortable and very pleasantly decorated.

Perfectly perfect 🤩

What can I say… We had a fabulous stay! The cottage is in a prime spot, off road parking, the cottage was immaculate and has everything and more than what you need. We would have stayed longer if we could and will most definitely be returning.. Julie is a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble and the welcome tray with the Welsh cakes was a lovely touch.. We enjoyed being able to go down on to the beach each night just across the road plus the bus stop is just outside so we went to Llandudno one day, never used the car all weekend 👍🏻Beautiful cottage 😄

Exceptional

The cottage was superbly decorated. It had the charm of an old cottage but all modern facilities. Loved the location, lovely stretch of coast line.

The hot water tap in the bathroom didn't give much hot water and only a trickle, but this didn't affect our enjoyment.

The property felt so homely welcoming and clean, we had lovely cakes left for our arrival and fresh milk for a nice cup of coffee after a long drive, I always take my own bedding away with me but did not feel the need to use it everything was perfect we are definitely going again.

The interior of the property was of a high standard, lovely living room, kitchen and bedrooms. All of a high quality but at the same time it was homely and welcoming.

Lovely seaside cottage

The cottage has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and attractive gardens. The owner had provided essential items such as tea, coffee and milk for our arrival as well as a tray of delicious treats. There are shops, cafes and pubs serving food locally. We used the cottage as a base to explore the area and also had some lovely walks along the seafront. I particularly liked the view of the sea from the bedroom and all the lights lighting up the coast in the distance at night.

For information only, not a complaint; directly opposite there is some work being carried out on beach improvements so there is fencing along the prom and some slight noise from machinery but this did not detract from the enjoyment of the cottage or the surrounding area. There is still a path for pedestrians along the length of the improvement site and we were able to get onto the beach further down the road.

Fab short stay away, and would love to stay again

Great cottage, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Made welcome by the host and offered invaluable local knowledge. Convenient base for touring the local area , but local shops just around the corner for your needs. Loved relaxing there after a hectic day 😀

Brilliant location overlooking the sea. Very well decorated, with wonderful welcome pack. Owner very friendly and helpful, quick to resolve an issue that arose during our stay. Great garden area, with BBQ and picnic bench.

Comfortable cottage well located for visiting coast and Snowdonia

Well equipped cottage on the seafront close to local facilities and public transport.

Better lighting in the lounge suitable for reading. Stairs quite steep so may not be suitable for everyone.

Lovely autumn break in cosy cottage

Very warm and welcoming cottage. Cosy and comfortable throughout. Excellent location with seafront and cafes/shops. Had a small housekeeping issue which was very quickly sorted. Welcome pack was lovely. Excellent base for exploring North Wales. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cottage, great location and very clean and comfortable.

Water temperature through shower very inconsistent. Host did try to resolve quickly but unsuccessful. They were very apologetic and followed up with a personal visit to the cottage.

Lovely Cottage by the Sea

Quaint, not so little, cottage on the sea front. Super clean, rooms were a good size, beds were really comfy. Nice welcome package from host.

Shower ran hot and cold but owner now aware of this and will endeavour to fix it.

Magical

The property was spotless, so comfortable and best way to describe it was magical. The cottage was beautifully done out and in the most wonderful location. Every morning I could sit in bed with a coffee and a sea view. The shops and cafe/restaurants were right near by but the hosts actually left us a few necessities and treats for when we arrived. It was such a lovely stay and we can’t wait to go back again.

Perfect :-)

A three night break on the beautiful Rhos coastline. The cottage was perfect for grandma, grandad and grandson of 2 years and 4 months. Fab addition of baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs and the second bedroom was perfect for grandson. The cottage is perfectly placed directly in front of the beach and close to the amenities. It was equipped with everything we needed. I liked the satellite tv channels though I did need to ask my daughter for her log in details for Netflix which did not prove a problem. Parking or a car off-road is a bonus.

There is nothing that could improve this cottage.
