Hervorragende Villa mit separatem Gästehaus auf 700 qm Grundstück gebaut. Hauptvilla haben 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, wobei 1 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Das Gästehaus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und 1 WC. Die Hauptvilla verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete europäische Küche mit Bar-Lösung, ein geräumiges, schönes Wohnzimmer, einen Smart-TV mit mehr als 10.000 Kanälen, einen großen privaten Garten mit einem schönen Sitz- / Essbereich im Freien mit Dachventilator. Eine 35 m² große Sala mit 9 "professionellem Brunswick Billardtisch, Sonos, Kühlschrank im Freien und Stehtisch mit 4 Stühlen. 3 Wandventilatoren in der Sala. Alle 5 Schlafzimmer haben Dachventilator und Klimaanlage. Ein hervorragender 22 Meter langer Pool mit einer Brücke, einem Sitzbereich an einem Ende des Pools und einem Kinderbecken am anderen Ende. Schöne Außendusche. Alle Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer haben Klimaanlage. Kostenloses WLAN / Highspeed-Internet (Glasfaser) auf dem gesamten Grundstück. Privatparkplatz für 1-2 Autos auf dem Grundstück und 2-3 Autos vor der Waschmaschine. Die Villa wurde im November 2018 fertiggestellt.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a family of 8 and everyone was comfortable and we had enough room to move around freely. The pool was the highlight of our stay!! My husband and I needed a softer bed and the host sent over a crew to add a mattress topper the same day. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Villa which served all of our needs. Villa was clean and tidy upon arrival and as the pictures show. The location was fantastic. About 15-20 minutes from the centre by taxi. We used Grab and they arrived within 5-10 minutes and were about 110 baht for 4 persons each way. Small shop, bar and ice cream parlour within walking distance with a few decent restaurants too (Daddy’s being one)All beds were comfy and the villa was well appointed. Could do with a few plastic cups etc to use around the pool though. Pool was fantastic and kept everyone cool during the hot weather. The host was fantastic and answered any queries quickly and efficiently. The only negative was we didn’t realise that Electric and water use was not included in the price and couldn’t see this mentioned on the listing. This worked out at about 500 to 600 baht a day for us. They do offer a 1000 baht a day for unlimited use. Would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Questions prior to booking were answered within minutes. Booking was smooth. Payment service efficient.
Arriving at the Villa was easy and not hard to find. 2 security guard gates. Nice western style development. The Villa at first sight does not disappoint. Pool is great. The guest house perfect for a family with a couple kids. The main house also perfect for a bigger family with 3 decent size bedrooms. Rooms were very clean and stylish. Just a bit of a mess from and air con unit on a single pillow case otherwise the whole house was very well kept and well taken care of. Kitchen well stocked with what you would expect in a house. Outdoor charcoal grill but no gas BBQ. Out door electric griddle which is nice in the morning when cooking for a couple hungry families.
Lounge area outside and the pool table is a nice touch. Excellent for relaxing and watching the kids swim.
It is a corner lot and appears to be one of the biggest in the development.
Geir and his partner Fon were amazing hosts and extremely accommodating!
We will be back to this Villa in the future 100%!
