This is a brilliant location. The location is perfect. Just next to the train station. It is very close to the Drum and Bell Towers in Xi'an. The Muslim Quarter and many interesting local icons are close by.

The staff are cheerful and helpful and it’s centrally located

Located close to subway and bell tower. Close to restaurant and shops. Reception, concierge and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Very basic but adequate gym and a laundry, which was very useful. Breakfast cheap and a variety of options.
Room had an awful smell coming from drain. Reported to staff. Maintenance staff quite rude and said there was no smell. We had to put wet flannel in sink to stop smell. Also we didn’t realise that there was not a separate bathroom just shower and toilet separate. Since I was travelling with my adult son it was awkward getting dressed and undressed. My fault - I didn’t look at pictures properly. There is no room service or in house dinning except for breakfast, but it is easy to get takeaway delivery by the robot.
