The location, for running off paved roads, is wonderful. And, the unit itself is spacious, super clean and beautifully appointed.

Nice kitchen and living area and a laundry.

The second bedroom is small with bunk beds that are uncomfortable. The only toilet is down stairs with both bedrooms upstairs. The stairs are steep and negotiating them at night to reach the toilet could be treacherous. It is a third of an established house effectively in suburbia not really a farmhouse. Renovation works are going on in the backyard.
