Soul Art Hotel

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I received a very warm welcome to breakfast by Sylvia which was really special. I loved all of the artwork on the walls of the corridors. The rooms were large and airy and nice decor. Good supplies of hygiene products and in room refreshments.

The sound proofing of the room wasn’t amazing so you could hear people in the room beside you. The entrance to the hotel from the street is a little intimidating on first impression but I did get used to it.

Location was excellent, staff helpful and friendly especially at breakfast

We stayed in three junior suites they were expensive but we were there for a family celebration. Three jacuzzi baths but none of them could be used due to water pressure. Beautiful bathrooms large showers also very poor water pressure. If it is like this at off season these baths are unusable. We did complain and they did send someone but these rooms are all run off one stand alone system that cannot be repaired overnight by one pleasant maintenance man. Also suite 1 no internet access unless you leave the window open but the street can be noisy again this is a long term problem. No covers on the duvets at all during our stay.
