No ay nada malo todo muy bien

La cercanía al lugar a donde acudí, ya que solo fue a un evento.

No había wifi en la habitación que me tocó, lo cual evidentemente no mejora la experiencia, además que la regadera se inundaba, fueron los únicos detalles que tuve.

El hotel es nuevo, tiene buenas instalaciones, las habitaciones en tiempo de invierno no son frías. Está cerca de Real del Monte un lugar para visitar.

CUIDADO, tienen un Gotcha a lado y los vehículos quedan manchados de salpicaduras de pintura. No tiene elevador (dato a considerar si viajas con una persona que no pueda subir escaleras), la limpieza la hacen ya muy tarde.

The hotel is good value for a short stay over, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Free parking is a great bonus. It wasn't difficult to find and easily accessible from the highway. Our room was at the front of the hotel and very close to the road with a lot of traffic so we asked to change rooms and the staff were very considerate and gave us a new room at the back of the hotel.

Water pressure from shower was so low, bath wasn't comfortable at all.

The address of the hotel and the phone number are wrong on the booking application!! Double check the address with google map before you go there!! I asked the receptionist to change it and they apologize for that. They will do there best to change it shortly. Other than that, the hotel is perfect!
