Great condo!! We loved the layout and all of the space! Easy walk to Disney.. and seeing the fireworks from the window was a big plus! Fantastic place! Would definitely stay here again!

Real great communication with owner

This property had the space we were looking for and the availability when we needed it, but that's about it. If I had realized that this was a three story house we probably would have stayed elsewhere. After spending a day at Disney the last thing you want to do is walk up three flights of stairs multiple times. The house was dirty (hair and dust all over the floor) and the back patio was full of weeds. The dishwasher is covered with rust inside and I was not confident that it would clean dishes so they were done by hand. If I had to do it again, I would book a different property.

This property is within walking distance to Disney and felt safe with gated entrance. Unfortunately, the house itself was not clean. New floors and new carpet are obviously there to try to cover up the dog smell. The unit had a very strong dog odor with animal hair all over the couches. Pillows and couches are stained. The pillows on the king size bed in the secondary room were almost flat and stained. And unfortunately the air conditioner does not flow into any of the bedrooms so the unit is very hot and very humid at night. Great sleeping options in terms of beds and great location but we would not stay here or recommend it to anyone.

The kitchen and living room are on the 1st floor, their are two bedrooms and a loft are on the second floor and the master is on the 3rd floor. The place has one AC unit so the third story is HOT! And the master closet is locked off (which was stated) but there is no dresser or anything else provided to put your clothing. When we arrived, the patio had a bunch of trash that we cleaned up. The trash cans were outside of the garage upon arriving and were overflowing......literally. By day 2, there were maggots covering the ground in front of the condo and making their way into the garage. We used the bug spray we found and we borrowed the neighbors hose to clean off the front are so we didn't have to walk through them. Overall, the place could definitely use some TLC. The cleaners are doing the bare minimum to move people through the house and it's really showing. The walk is about 20-30 minutes to the parks, depending on how qui8ckly you walk. I understand the place is used for Disney guests and they get a lot of people staying, but cleanliness and attention to detail should be better.

Liked that the property was close to Disney.l which was super convenient. Clean property. Furniture could use an update.

Very good communication between rental property and us, didn't know property was 3 stories high tho, short distance from Disneyland, short walking distance from groceries, restaurants.. only negative thing i have to say is we really did not go outside on patio, due to having tons of spiders, webs, spider eggs.. the inside of property was clean..

It was nice to have a bed for everyone in our family. The condo was not very clean, the walls were dirty, crumbs in the drawers and on the floor. Some of the remotes to the TV had no batteries in them, so we couldn't use that TV. The hosts were very nice and very quick to respond when we needed them.

Easy checkin and out. Close to stores and parks. Excellent handrail for older people to use going up stairs.
