The apartament was very clean. The rooms of the apartament are spacious with large beds. In one of them there is a sofa, in the other one there is an armchair. The kitchen is well equipped with a large refrigerator. In the bathroom there is a washing machine so you can use it if you need it. Makis, the host, offers sugesstions for where to eat or go shopping or go to the beach or enything you want. I would like every host to be like Makis! Everything was perfect!

The apartment is large enough for 4 adults. We have had with us a baby too, and it was enough room for all. It is located very close to the beach, very close to some shops and tavernas, and very close to a bakery which will make your mornings even better. The facade (and the balcony) is oriented to a secondary street, but the main street of Nea Peramos is very close (about 20 m). The property is very cozy, very clean, and very "zen". A truly home away from home. Speaking of home, the apartment has all the home appliances you need, starting with air conditioning, an ironing machine, a washing machine, etc, and even an espresso machine you may find in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the home appliances are new and impeccably clean. In the bedrooms, the beds are large and comfy, and the linens are quality. The bedroom's windows have mosquito nets, and from each bedroom, you may exit on a terrace with chairs and a table, perfectly suited for a calm rest in the afternoon. The balcony is shaded by a retractable fabric pergola, so even at midday, you could stay here comfortably. A good point to be mentioned: as in almost all the houses in Greece, the hot water is coming from solar panels. Same here too, but in the system is incorporated an electric boiler, for not so sunny periods of the day. Just near the apartment, you may find by easy a parking place to leave your car if necessary. Last but not least, the house owner is very kind and friendly. Don't forget to ask him for details related to the local tavernas, local attractions, etc. You will receive by this way very valuable hints regarding Nea Peramos, Kavala, and surroundings.

The apartment has all the necessary features that one can have at her own house; it is very clean & modernly decorated. We found a free parking space just outside the property - very convenient. The Wi-Fi was super-fast (my husband had some work to do and he confirms it). It’s very close to nice restaurants-shops and the main center of the village. The beach is just outside of the property. Finally, the hostess was very kind and happy to assist with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place and will come again for more days.

We are a family of five and we found the apartment pretty comfortable and spacious. It's location is perfect if you have small children. It's next to the beach, you only have to cross one road. Also it's 2 min from the shops, taverns etc. We parked our car in front of the apartment and never had to move it during our stay (extremely convenient), everything is around you. As for the apartment everything is just like the pictures, it's fully renovated - like new, very clean with a lovely balcony to sit, eat, relax and enjoy your drinks. We made a good choice. Comfy apartment, very clean and neat, like the pictures. Inside it has two large bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bath with a shower. The kitchen is well equipped with a large oven & a huge refrigerator-freezer. The bath has all day hot water and there is also a washing machine (convenient if you are with kids like us). It’s on the 2nd floor. Outside there is a balcony (we sat a lot there) with the main view of the village and the sea. My kids really loved the sandy beach next to it, with sunbeds & umbrellas. The hostess was very helpful during our stay. Will definitely come again for more days next summer.
