The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, the location is very good (nice area, 15' distance from the ocean, across the street from supermarket, underground parking space), the host is nice and prompt, very good value for money.

The apartment is very beautiful and very clean. It is located across from the Mercadona. The Mercadona is a supermarket that is located less than 15 meters from the entrance door of the apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

If staying here, I would most definitely have the host walk you to the correct elevator. The elevator that is located in the parking garage, is one of many elevators that go to different buildings in the Valdecarretas complex. I spent approximately 1 hour trying different elevators to reach my unit. After using 5 different elevators, located throughout the parking garage, I finally found the correct elevator. The correct elevator was within 20 meters of the entrance of the parking garage.

Perfect location, literally across the street from Mercadona, so convenient when do you don't have a car. It is not even a 10mn walk to the beach and 15mn walk to the main street with all the bars and restaurants. Jose was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very modern, high tech and clean. Loved the artificial grass balcony, and large kitchen. Very dog friendly - there is a park across the street, you can see it from the window, so convenient! We stayed in this apartment for a full month, and I can tell you it's a gem! Definitely recommend to anyone, whether it is for a short or long stay :)

Spanish mattresses tend to be on the very firm side, something we Americans are not used to.
